I emailed my questions and received a quick, informed reply. The only thing that could have made my experience better is if they sold the same products (thermal label printer) in Canada as they do in the US and expanded the labels they sell for color (red & black or blue & black) to more than just one size (2" circular).

Support from Munbyn through WhatsApp was fantastic. Even price matched and helped to get me the right product for my needs. Thank you

Wont work for ebay australia - dont waste your money. Otherwise it works for kids photos etc

I had an issue with my order, and they team at MUNBYN handled it amazingly and were able to fix my issueS. Plus the printer I bought for my wife for Christmas works awesome! So far 10/10!

I am very satisfied with my thermal printer purchase. I chose the ITPP941BP 300 DPI model. I had to contact customer service, which was quick and courteous.

It does not print solid to many spe ks or missing pieces. I only started using it. Another thing that gets me is that it is not compatible for wireless with apple

They use "Bait Advertising" They sell products with no stock. They sent half of my order. No label printer. They never sent me an email, or let me know. I had to chase them. "We have none in stock, we get more in on the 10th December" consumer affairs time. Do not bother with Munbyne.

A couple weeks ago I bought one of Munbyn’s 203-dpi shipping label printers. It wasn’t bad, but since it didn’t fit my needs yesterday I contacted them asking if it would be possible to return the printer and apply any eventual refund amount to the purchase of an higher model. The result of that interaction is I’ll never buy any Munbyn product ever again. Here’s why.
1) Their return policy makes returning items impossible for 99.8% of clients.
2) The support rep’s reply to my aforementioned request was as condescending and borderline insulting as it can get and the “counteroffer” they made was a joke (and it’s not the first time I get this kind of rude response from Munbyn agents).
3) They don’t treat EU customers the same way as US and UK ones (several models and colors are missing from the EU site for no valid reason).
I’ll be avoiding Munbyn like the plague and recommend everyone to do the same.

Great offer on the 405B printer. Was a little confusing trying to get the best offer, especially as Black Friday brought the price down further after I had paid a small premium for a special offer. In any case, it was a pretty good deal. Had problems connecting with bluetooth to my phone and my PC. In the end, I used USB on the PC and bluetooth on the android phone. It seemed to solve the problem. The printer itself works fantastically well but I am a little disappointed with the pricing of the lables. There are a great variety to choose from but I feel some purely ' lable bundle deals' would be a good idea. I am a little disappointed that the editing suite is mainly on the android system. Would be much better if a Windows system design app could be utilised to print from the PC without using the windows printer settings.
