Everything about my experience with Munbyn was excellent. Super easy and fast delivery. The printer is top notch and even though I had to return it due to a fault not related to the product, the customer service was really quick and helpful.

I would absolutely reccommend Munbyn to my friends.

my printer keeps malfunctioning, it jumps the lime green circle stuckers causing a lot of waste ive cleaned it but it dont help

Bought their printer through Amazon, faulty as adjusted settings to all levels, tried emailing two of their email addresses, ignored completely. Had spoken to Amazon who offered a return but said I'd rather Munbyn reply and offer advice, had to contact Amazon again because risk being stuck with the faulty item with their ignorance.

4.5* rating here is probably from those that didn't need to contact the manufacturer, there is 0 service from them at all, despite them being the Amazon seller.

*Response to their reply: 1. No you didn't reply to my emails to any of the many email addresses that you have. 2. My reviews are good when it's noteworthy, not what people expect, or very bad such as a company not replying to emails at all < you are here. Absolutely none of your concern what my reviews are.

I made the mistake of not putting my address correctly and royal mail couldn't post it to i emailed and the company got back to me so quickly and posted my item out before they received the other one back .

The thermal printer is also amazing!

Great product that made printing my craft labels very easy. Wish I'd got it sooner.

Le site n'est pas commercial. J envois des messages facture vidéo. Il me font tourner en bourrique en plus en anglais. Impossible de renvoyer mon imprimante munbyn, très m econtente.

The product is easy to set up easy to use papers easy to load and it does work with pirate ship from the app that you need to download. You do need to download your pirate ship labels to a PDF and then you pull in that PDF into the tool app. The very simple very happy with my purchase.

Easy to order and was delivered on time. My thermal printer is so easy to use and I love it.

I am satisfied that every time I send an email I receive a prompt respond . I thought my product was delayed but I didn't know it was a preorder. I finally received it a day earlier than promised after contacting them.

Had an issue when I made my order and they quickly responded and went above and beyond to resolve my issue

Sent me out a defective scanner that cost over $500 and there were zero customer support and getting the issue resolved. They just kept giving me the runaround and ignoring my messages. I had to charge my credit card back to resolve the issue. I do not recommend buying anything directly from them, purchase it on Amazon so you at least have a 30 day warranty.

I missed an item off my order, and to get it separately would have cost me £8.99 in delivery charges. I asked if I could add the item to my original order to avoid this happening. They froze my order, added the item, I paid the difference, then they un - froze it, and despatched it. Moments later, I had the tracking number. Fantastic.

The printer itself works fine, but the system generally is cumbersome and not at all practical. I purchased because I have an ipad and wanted the Bluetooth capability, but rather than just being able to choose Munbyn as a printer, I have to first save my tickets to a file, then go into the Munbyn app, find the file and print the tickets. And there is no way to print just one ticket unless I crate another file with only one ticket. Very impractical and time consuming. Bluetooth should be able to find the Munbyn as a printer like any other Bluetooth device.

The company addressed my concerns swiftly and exceeded my expectations.

Horrible product! Worked one time and couldn't get it to work again! Returned
