The products are amazing. Very satisfied with that but the shipping left a lot to be desired. The “starter kit” items were all shipped separately and took 10-20 days to get all of the items. When I order a kit yo get started I expect all of the items in one box so I can indeed “get started”.

Had a slight delay with delivery, but my query was dealt with efficiently and in a friendly manner. Very pleased with the printer and the customer support.

Ordered replacement thermal labels and they are not working well at all.
Labels coming off and sticking to the printer and will not line up like the last set did.

Good Communications via feedback on order. It is always a reassurance when a Company keeps the buyer informed about their order. Really appreciate it.

Their team replied promptly, looked into my missing package right away, and didn’t hesitate to send a replacement when the carrier said it was delivered but I never received it (delivered to the wrong address by UniUni). Website can be confusing to find what you want

The shipping udates were confusing and untimely, the order came in so many separate packages and deliveries it became confusing. It took far longer to received than originally promised.

Excellent service!! After using machine for over a month now love it!! Easy to setup and use! Has many valuable features that saves time and prevents mistakes from previous machine.

I had an issue with 2 of the colored rolls where the tape keeping it together ripped off the color. I contacted customer service and they replied within the day and sent out a replacement the next day.

Could do with more choice of label colours in different sizes. They have a lot of choices in small ones but not so many in the larger ones which let the whole thing down unfortunately

Very good customer service. They don't sell all the products in other countries that they sell in the US (that's a negative). They don't even ship from the US.

Hi munbyn is a very trustable company my label printer was stolen on the way (not munbyn’s fault) but after that they sent me out another package with the label printer
