Ordered boots and confirmation…
Ordered boots and confirmation received. No dispatch advice after 4 days….contacted help live chat only to be told that order is still being processed and item being located from warehouse or shops and is not guaranteed until that point (even though payment was taken upon date of order!!)
Never known such an antiquated and ridiculous process, useless customer service leaving me frustrated and still out of pocket with no idea if or even when I may receive items!
Still waiting for refund. 15 days!
O, so following in from my previous complaint, it is now 15 days since I returned the item with THEIR chosen courier. They have admitted that I have retuned it as they have seen photographic proof. Still no refund. What are they doing with peoples money. Anyone else has this same issue? Perhaps it’s a game they play to keep people’s hard earned cash for the interest. Can’t see any other reason why they hold onto peoples money.
Overpriced. Own brand is poor quality
Overpriced - Office own brand is poor quality mass produced. Some of their footwear is synthetic. Nothing wrong with that but charging £70 plus for footwear that you would pay £20 for in Primark and lets water in so you end up with damp feet is not justified. Very overpriced, mass produced, quite low quality. Their styles used to be nicer as well.
Shockingly bad service
I ordered trainers for delivery, the delivery process is quite antiquated as you cannot specify a safe place for them to be left. I arrived home from work on the evening of wednesay 8th March and was unable find my trainers. Tried to call and you cannot talk to anybody at Office shoes so I completed an online form for a return call, I didn’t get one.
I had an u expected knock at the door a few days later and it was a delivery driver come to challenge me on the missing parcel.
total lack of communication, customer service and I feel like a criminal reporting the parcel as not being received! I would Avoid the delivery service for anybody thinking of using it!

I purchased a pair of trainers for my daughter and issues arrived within 06 months and they have made various assumptions to cover up there porky pies and I arranged a SAR last year I had to chase and chase Adidas has been informed too and not impressed "" They need sorting out two years since matters pending I am not happy with there findings.
Just coverups I had various commications with various people on Office they are not providing how they came that the trainers were not worn correctly !! I have given myu statement that this is not the case here

Avoid this site. Ordered a pair os shoes and after 4 days I hadn’t received the dispatch email so I contacted them on live chat and was told the order had been cancelled due to not having stock. I asked why I hadn’t been sent an email and was told they had only just run out of stock. The payment is still showing as pending so I’ll be making sure it doesn’t get taken. AVOID THIS SITE. Absolutely terrible service 😡

Terrible! Order didn't arrive on time and their web chat conveniently crashes all the time. Finally got through and staff were useless. They said my order had been dispatched and was with Yodel, but Yodel were saying for over a week that they still hadn't received my order so couldnt help. They mark orders as "dispatched" so you cant cancel. Also told me on web chat it was a minimum of 7 days for delivery but I had a screenshot of delivery ETA being 3-5 days. The advisor said the website must have been wrong. They don't respond to Facebook or Instagram messages, or emails either. Would NOT shop here again.

Ordered some boots online. They were too big so returned them to store. Turns out they sent me an invoice belonging to someone else so that person received the refund, wasn’t spotted at the till. So I am out of pocket £145. Having a fight on my hands to get refunded, no phone lines, online chat only to India, who haven’t a clue. Broken promises about phone call backs, no reply to complaint emails. Not to mention a data protection breach. Which I am reporting, wouldn’t normally bother, but because of their horrible CS will be taking it all the way. Have had to go to the resolver dispute service, and also gone to my bank to do a chargeback. Seriously do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.

I purchased the product (shoes), but worst ever quality I was trying to change from Clarks but this is the pathetic ever customer service and product you will ever get from them.
If there was an option to add their response to my email I would have shared.

Terrible company
I ordered two pairs of shoes from office last Tuesday 29th November and I am still waiting. Little did I know that they used Yodel, the worst delivery company in the known universe! Yodel were supposed to deliver on Thursday and they were 'out for delivery'. Later on that day I checked the tracking and, lo and behold, they were no longer 'out for delivery' but 'we have your parcel in a safe place' From previous experience of yodel this means 'we don't have a clue where your parcel is and you may die of old age before we find it'. I thought that Office customer services would sort this out without any grief, how wrong was I? After waiting an inordinate amount of time I got through on the 'live chat' and was told 'Wait for yodel to deliver but we will get you an answer in 24 to 48 hours'. I'm still waiting. I happen to notice that 78% of people leaving reviews for this dreadful shoe company have awarded 1 star. Please use another shoe company as Office are only interested in getting your money and don't care whether you actually get what you ordered in any sort of acceptable time scale. Would rather go barefoot than give this hopeless company any more of my hard earned cash

Managed to order some uggs that keep going out of stock- never received my email confirmation but the money is “pending” from my account??? Customer services is shocking, long waits on live chat that doesn’t go down and no working phone number to call. Shoes have since been in stock elsewhere but what do I do??? I have Facebooked them but no one around until Monday.

I ordered a pair of shoes and paid extra for next day delivery to have arrived on Sunday 27th November , now 3 days ago.
I received a notice from Yodel about my delivery nad it said they would be delivered yesterday. I was following the tracking and it was 3 stops away.
It was never delivered and was sent back to the depot . I have tried contacting yodel on their app with no success . I want my money back. I am travelling and the window to receive has passed .

I just had horrible experience today at office store trinity leeds. I bought pair of boots on monday which is 3 days ago. After i tried again at home,the boots was not really comfy, so today i tried to return it to the store, but the manager there Jamie, didn't want to refund my money coz he said that my boots was wear off? I should've took picture to show you that the boots was still exactly the same condition as when i purchased it 3 days ago. But arrogantly he refused to take it back. With his attitude, he said nothing he can do and left me without any solution. i felt really disgraced and upset. I shopped there few times and usually all the staff were polite and very helpful. Its just him coz he think he is the manager there he can be that arrogant.

The shoes were already worn and dirty when they arrived so I’ve sent them straight back, It’s day 6 since I sent them back and I will have to wait 5 more days for a refund after they arrive.
The WORST customer service I have…
The WORST customer service I have experienced! I received 2 faulty pairs of shoes, one after the other and the comms were slow but the second time, I am distraught with they way I've been treated. Live Chat agents don't even read your messages, no sympathy, no good will gesture - I asked to speak with a manager and the agent just ignored me for 10 minutes and left the chat.
I'm not a Karen I'm literally a 22 year old girl who wants a pair of shoes as a gift that's meant to be tomorrow.
I am beyond upset and will never be shopping with this company again.

What can I say? You order, your stuff arrives, the order is as described and their shoes are very pretty and good quality. Customer service is a straight forward experience (I had to exchange an item more for comfort). You get what you pay for with zero fuss.
