I ordered a kitchen tent from OLPRO it arrived on time in exceptional quality packaging. The tent is exactly what i wanted and good quality. The YouTube instruction video made it very easy to put up for the first time.

Absolutely shocking company..
I purchased a new magnetic drive away awning strip directly from Olpro on Ebay.
It arrived in a tattered box, with clear signs it had been sold previously and returned and then sent back out to me.
The magnetic awning strip was in a dirty, used condition with oil and mud marks all over it as well as what looked like beach sand.
I set up a return and sent it back..
Olpro didn't contact me at all to discuss the issue or apologise for wasting my time.
I contacted them to ask what had happened and even then they didn't even acknowledge they had made a mistake.
I called them out on their horrendous customer service and only then did I receive what was clearly a forced apology.
The item was returned and they received it the next day..
After 3 working days of waiting for ebay to be updated, which it never was, and no refund in site I had no choice but to contact Ebay and ask them to step in as they were threatening to close the return due to what appeared to be non activity on my part as the tracking wasn't provided by the seller.
Ebay could see they had received it 5 days previous and issued me with a refund.
Never again will I ever purchased another item from OLPRO

Thanks for your review. We’re sorry that you’ve been left frustrated by this situation, and we completely understand that waiting for a refund is disappointing.
As this was an eBay order, we’re unfortunately unable to contact customers directly through eBay unless they first contact us via the eBay messaging system. The correspondence we received from eBay in this case was to provide a returns label, which we did.
It looks like there was unfortunately some human error with the original item being sent out, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
We’d also like to clarify the comments regarding our customer service. We have responded to the correspondence we received and provided the requested returns label, so we’re sorry if there has been any confusion around the communication in this case.
Once an item is returned to us, we ask customers to allow up to 14 days for it to be manually checked, logged onto our system and for the refund to be authorised. This is also explained on our website. We appreciate that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, but these checks are carried out to make sure every return is processed correctly.
We’re sorry again for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while this was being resolved.

Poor quality cheap Temu item with a logo stuck on. They’ll have you believe they make quality eco conscious products but in reality they’re just a drop shipping company. Returned an item, never got my money back.

We would also like to clarify the comments regarding OLPRO being a drop-shipping company. OLPRO is a UK outdoor brand that has been designing products since 2011 and is based in Worcestershire. We are also a certified B Corporation, having undergone an assessment of our social and environmental impact.
Sustainability is an important part of what we do, including our use of recycled materials such as our OLTECH REPRO fabric, repair and warranty support, our Pre-Loved programme and initiatives designed to extend the life of our products. We are committed to continually improving our environmental impact and being transparent about that work.
