Product seems good but not put up yet.
Delivery was the problem as next day was the day after due to DPD messing up.

This company knows how to run a professional service, not only are their products excellent standards and high-quality -when something does go slightly wrong they have excelled .
I could not fault customer service services at all. I had a faulty product and they dealt with me swiftly, answered my emails quickly and efficiently, fully refunded My order or within 48 hours. Companies should learn from this model and this is why I use them time and time again.

Top notch service
I’ve had Olpro products before so I knew the quality of their products is excellent. I bought this awning after seeing it on a camper-van at the campsite I was staying at. Good deal. The communication from ordering was top notch. I knew exactly what and when something was happening and the delivery was super fast.
