Well the order was delivered as soon as order was placed just about!
I ordered wrong size and quickly realised before it was delivered, what I had done!
I got in touch with the company to let them know I had refused delivery from courier so that I could order proper size!
Now there WAS a slight price difference, but as a gesture of goodwill, they wouldn’t take the difference from me🤷
Great service if you ask me, then we received the proper size a couple of days after they received the first one back in their warehouse
Super duper customer service in my eyes
Thank you to Zowie and a nother
Would definitely recommend them, plus I will come back to purchase more items !

Hanley Breeze Poled.
Hanley Breeze Poled.
Quick and easy collection helpful staff. No issue exchanging tent for pole rather than inflatable after reading instructions in the carpark! Found the new design difficult to put up at first as it differs to what the picture is on the instructions booklet.

Resposta da OLPRO
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re pleased to hear that collection was quick and easy, and that our team were able to help with the exchange to the poled version.
We’re sorry to hear that you found the new design difficult to put up initially and that the images in the instructions booklet didn’t match the tent. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’ll pass your feedback on to our product and instructions teams.
We hope you enjoy your OLPRO tent and have many great adventures with it!
Costumer service poor and missing parcel
Delivery driver left it in view of the road, returned home and it wasn't there. Awaiting a police crime number just so olpro will look into it as they deem that a safe place and that's fine! £380 camper awning missing and im supposed to be okay with that

Resposta da OLPRO
We’re sorry to hear that your camper awning was missing when you returned home, and we completely understand how frustrating this must be, particularly given the value of the item.
We have raised the matter with the courier, as the parcel was left in plain sight and visible from the road. We are currently looking into the circumstances surrounding the delivery.
For high-value items that are deemed to have been stolen after being left at the property, we do require a police crime reference number before we can investigate the matter further and look into a possible resolution. We appreciate that the courier may have considered the location a safe place, but the fact that the item was left in view of the road is something we have specifically raised with them.
Once you have the crime reference number, please provide this to us and we can progress the matter further with the courier and look into a resolution for you.

Poor product
Fast delivery, next day, perfect. My issue is the product, the Hive poled. This awning would be great if there was no wind in the UK. Any gust and it is folding. I’m sat in it watching it distort again and again whilst looking over at other tents and awnings hardly moving. I’ve had many tents over the years, so I know how to pitch one, but this tent/awning is by far the worst. I really wish I hadn’t bought it.

Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear the delivery was fast and arrived the next day, but we’re really sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed with the performance of the Hive Poled awning in windy conditions.
We appreciate you taking the time to explain what you’ve experienced, and we’d like the opportunity to look into this with you. Please contact our customer service team at sales@olpro.co.uk with your order details and a little more information about the issue, and we’ll be happy to help.

Good but needs work on sustainability
Fast, reliable service, quality products.
Not sure about the sustainability of some of the materials though. Based on petrochemical industry?
Hence the missing star
Please explore hemp, sisal, linen, etc...maybe viscose?
And if it really must be fossil fuels, you could surely at least do recycled materials?
