Very good service on the phone. Only 4 stars as when I missed the call to follow up my claim, the text gave me the wrong number to call, giving me the number for new claims rather than to update a claim in progress.
The lady on the phone was very polite and helpful.
All of the people at One Protect have…
All of the people at One Protect have been excellent, making this process easy after the drama of a car accident!
I would like to mention in particular MJ2, BQ1 and KG4 who made it so easy to go through this process up to this stage - all had excellent communication skills, understanding attitudes in respect of our accident and a sense of humanity so many other call centres lack, who only want to get answers from their script and nothing else!
The last thing we want after an accident is talking to uncaring operatives, your service shows that this can be achieved with humanity and care. Thank you!

Firstly, it is virtually impossible to speak to someone. My sister submitted a claim after her car was broken into - she received a call from One Call saying she should pay her voluntary+excess claim, which she did. Then the garage repairing her car asked for the payment - and so it began. 2 weeks of trying to speak with someone at One Call, being asked to contact various departments, insisting no payment had been made. Finally my sister got a statement from the bank showing payment made to One Call - they still maintain they haven't received the payment as no bank a/c or sort code info on statement. May have been a scam call from someone at One Call. But their lack of response, empathy, etc is shocking. Extremely poor service, staff that do not care and NO customer service.
Pipe leakage
We had a pipe leakage at home and it was my first time ever calling and making a claim though on call claims.
