Great customer service

Great customer service. I have constant issues with deliveries where I live but all issues were handled with professionalism and in a helpful manner.
Will deal with them again in the future.

Anyone looking at buying grow lamps look no further this company is second to none for customer services and products. I can only give them 5 stars, if there was a higher rating I would have no issues marking them higher.

I ordered some things from the website. Unfortunately dpd delivered to the wrong address. I contacted one stop via messaging. Replacement items were sent out by one stop immediately, also one stop asked dpd to collect and deliver the lost parcel. Everything was cleared up within 2 days. One stop went above and beyond in their level of service. They provided info on who signed for the missed delivery. Everything was done very promptly and efficiently. Orders often get delivered very quickly from one stop in my experience.

Excellent customer service (Amy couldn't have been more helpful). Very impressed with the quality of products and as ever, their prices can't be beat. Overall I'm vey happy with the service and will certainly be using them for all my hydro needs.

Charged me £14 to wrap items and didn’t wrap them. Messaged customer service to ask for a refund of the £14 as you didn’t provide the service you forced me to buy. No response after 24 hours. Also all items were covered in a lovely thick layer of dust. Really poor
Won’t be a returning customer. I’d advise you go elsewhere

Brilliant experience!
I ordered quite a few items from this shop and initially had issues with delivery SOLELY because of the awful delivery company DPD. It really wasn’t one stops fault. After speaking with Amy she went above and beyond to get the items delivered with another delivery company (UPS) and I received all items in excellent condition. You really have to use this company, not only do they have excellent prices and product choice, but they are friendly and very very focused on your customer experience. #WINNING

Oliver was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.. every question I had was answered if full. Scientific explanations and everything! He wasn’t just trying to squeeze money out of me, offered cheaper options with certain items,which would essentially to the same thing as the more expensive version … just overall very helpful and knowledgeable.

The response times and effective communication made sorting a tracking issue with my order very easy! Amy who I reached out to, easily cleared up the issue. The products I purchased were also very nicely packaged and I can see the quality testing was done properly. Highly recommend this store!

These people know what they are talking about. I shopped around before deciding to use one stop grow shop. They answered every question i asked and tyey are honest they dont try and sell you lots of stuff you dont need. I will never use anyone else

Ordered quite a few times from OSGS and always been top notch. Never had any issues but when I needed assistance with an item that was damaged in delivery they sorted straight away. Great service . . all thumbs up 👍🏽 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
