I booked a holiday via Deb@onetravelclub. It was an organised tour with another company. Booking was straight forward. Deb was a true professional, friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. Within the last few days, because of the problems in Dubai, I rang One Travel club to ask the status of my holiday. They were super helpful. It was a worrying time as lots of people were concerned about getting back to the UK and for others who had holidays booked, what was going to happen.

They absolutely went the extra mile. They updated me with what was happening for my upcoming holiday. It was an ever changing picture but throughout I felt supported. They couldn't have done more. A big shout out for Greg, Holly (and Deb who messaged me from her holiday). Such a great team. Thanks guys!

Just returned from a lovely week in Costa Adeje, Tenerife booked through Nicola at One Travel Club. This is our 5th or 6th holiday booked with Nicola and the service is always 1st class. Communication is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble & on the odd occasion we've had a query its been responded to very quickly.

Emma Bell sorted out my trip to Paris and, since I’d never been before, I told her what we were looking for and she came back with some great recommendations. I’m so glad I followed them because everything turned out perfectly! She suggested everything based on what we wanted and it honestly couldn’t have worked out better. She even organised our tickets to Disneyland Paris, which made things super easy.
The hotel was exactly what we were after, in a great location with loads of bars and restaurants nearby. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she was always there if I had any questions. The whole trip was completely stress free and everything ran so smoothly. I’ll definitely be booking with Emma again! A big thanks ❤️

I recently booked a family holiday to New York for October 2026 with Claire Mann, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. As a frequent traveller to the USA, Claire was incredibly knowledgeable and really understood what would work best for our family. She found the perfect place for us to stay with our two boys, making sure it was both comfortable and well-located, and secured it at a really great price. Nothing was too much trouble, and her advice made the whole process easy and stress-free. I would definitely use Claire again and highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip to the USA.

I decided to use one travel club to book myself and my partner a mini break to Berlin for my partners 30th birthday. I was so impressed with my travel agent Alex, she was very friendly and helpful from the get go, making the process easy finding us the best for our time and money! Alex thought of every fine detail and worked her magic in getting us an upgrade with our hotel to a very stylish suite which was such a wonderful surprise on our arrival. I cannot recommend Alex enough and will definitely be using the company again to book myself next trip!

We used Nicola Bonham to book a family ski holiday. It was the first time we'd taken the children (3 and 5) and didn't know where best to go. Nicola sent us a few options and the one we booked was absolutely perfect. The hotel was very child friendly with great facilities and close to the ski school/nursery slopes. The resort was great for beginners and had activities outside of skiing which was great for keeping the children interested. The mountain rollercoaster was a particular hit! Nicola is very friendly and patient when we change our minds or ask questions and she sent us a lovely pack of goodies which included colouring books for the children that they enjoyed at the airport. We are now looking at booking our summer holiday with Nicola and will definitely rebook skiing. Thank you Nicola :)

Booked a recent trip to New York with Claire Sterling. Claire was always on hand with any questions I had, going above and beyond to celebrate this occasion. Checking in with us during travel days to make sure that flights/transport was all going to plan. Claire made this process very smooth and hassle free. Fantastic service from Sharron and unbeatable price

My husband and I recently booked a week away to Costa Adeje In Tenerife through Sharron. We’d never been to Tenerife before & she gave us great advice on where to stay. We stayed in the GF Victoria which was fantastic. We had a great holiday and were delighted with the service throughout.

For our trip to London as a family of five I approached Lydnsay Price (via her Instragram page) and from start to finish she was fab, so knowledgeable. Even during our trip Lydnsay contacted me to check all was going to plan! (How kind!) Our accommodation was faultless, very central, spotless and offered a delicious breakfast! Lydnsay also gave me great advice re: transport from airport to our accommodation. I highly recommend Lydnsay and I will for sure be contacting her for future trips!

Booked our third trip with Lyndsay Price and the service was great, she handled everything and selected some amazing accommodation as always.

There was an issue with transportation fees (couldn’t verify as were in the savannah) and once back Lyndsay chased with the accommodation until it was sorted.

Would book again and highly recommend to others, no matter the location and type of trip Lyndsay handles it all 🙌🏼
