My 40th birthday to the Maldives and our family summer holiday to Disneyland.

Charleigh saved us a huge 5k on our Maldives booking, I actually couldn't believe the quote she got us, it made our dream holiday affordable; Charleigh was even kind enough to surprise us with a floating breakfast whilst we was there which was such a lovely touch and totally unexpected but massively appreciated.

With all the uncertainty around travel over the last couple of months it's been amazing to have someone to talk and answer all of my (many) questions.

I'm really looking forward to our family trip in the summer knowing that Charleigh is only a message away.

Needed to book a last minute holiday in Cyprus and choose Samantha Gentry Marshall to arrange all our holiday needs. It was particularly important as I was traveling with a friend in a wheelchair who hadn’t had a holiday in 18 years and was slightly uneasy about the flight and navigating the airport and hotel. We didn’t have to worry as everything fell into place and the assistance was perfect from start to finish. Thank you Sam for being there if needed and your after care once we returned. Will definitely use Sam for future trips.

Recently had the pleasure of using Emma Ross to book a family trip to Disneyland Paris. Emma was brilliant from start to finish, making the planning of such a trip very easy. Emma was always quick to respond to any questions i had and providing lots of helpful tips for planning the journeys and use of the parks. I will certainly use Emma again, in fact I have already asked for some end of summer holiday options!

Booked my Disneyland trip to Paris with the help from Emma Ross and from the start to the end Emma was so helpful and reassuring with everything down to choosing the hotel and experiences along the way. I also received such an amazing deal for the four days I was there. Emma gave me so many tips and pointers for my time in Disneyland down to where to eat , location of specific meet and greets , rides and how to use my daughter’s access card. I felt reassured by Emma every step of the way and I would 100% be booking more holidays!
My children also received a little delivery in the post from Emma and they absolutely loved it.

Booked through Nikki and from the start we felt comfortable in the knowledge that Nikki knew so much more than the standard travel companies. We were stuck in Dubai and the 'Club' all pulled together to get us out on the first available flight.
I can't see a time when I would use anyone else or go back to the usual agents.

Laura ash has done an amazing job again this year helping me to find the right holiday & communicating with me on the run up ensuring we were checked in & had visas sorted. the holiday was cheaper than going direct with the operator, & we got the extra service on top of it. Laura's attention to detail ensures everything runs smoothly & she has so much knowledge & advice. I feel so reassured knowing i can contact her with questions & issues & not have to ring a call centre. Absolutely great service & I would highly recommend.

We used One Travel once again to book our family holiday, this time to the Maldives. Having used them before to go to Greece a few times and also Lapland, we’ve always found the customer service and attention to detail first class!

I would like to extend a massive thank you to James K. He has booked a few holidays for me over the last few years, and he is fantastic.
Just last June, he arranged an amazing trip to Thailand for my 40th this March. Our connecting flight was in Dubai, and due to the government's no-fly advisory, we had to cancel. He sorted everything, got a refund, and booked us a week away in Tenerife. It may not be the holiday we had hoped for, but we are still getting a holiday, and James K made the process so easy. We will rebook Thailand with him once the situation calms.

Ella Thatcher booked our holiday to Jamaica for February 2027 and was fantastic from start to finish. Laura has planned three trips for us to Disneyland Paris and each one has been seamless. Laura is brilliant at what she does and nothing is too much trouble. She is very professional and knowledgable and one of her USPs is definitely how fast her response time is. Laura goes above and beyond to check that every element of your holiday is planned exactly as you wanted and regularly checks in with clients in the lead up to the holidays. I needed to ask a question about transfers while away this time and Laura came back to me with a response within 10 mins and the query I had was immediately sorted. With a trip like Disney, where there are lots of elements to be organised, I wouldn’t hesitate to use anyone but Laura. This definitely won’t be our last visit or our last holiday through Laura and I would highly recommend her services to friends and family who want a professional and dedicated travel agent service. You won’t get much better!
