Laura Ash was amazing - she helped myself and my partner book a holiday and was extremely fast and made the process so simple. Absolute best we could ask for and will definitely be using her for our future holidays! Cannot recommend enough.

Sharron was very helpful in finding us a great deal to Dubai for our 30th wedding anniversary, unfortunately, this was cancelled, however, she helped us with this and to rebook a wonderful hotel in Rhodes. Even checked in with us a few days before we were due to travel to make sure we had managed to check in online etc and advised the hotel that it was our anniversary- they put lovely wine, fruit and chocolate in our room for us arriving. Even managed to beat the online Tui price also! Will definitely contact Sharron again for all future holiday enquiries.

Lyndsay has provided a brilliant service to us over the last few years booking our regular summer trips all the way to our recent honeymoon. We are well looked after and couldn’t recommend Lyndsay enough for planning and booking your next trip away.

I have used Laura to book a few holidays now including Las Vegas, Turkey and New York. So when I messaged about our summer holiday I was confident to leave everything in her hands. However I got double lucky with both Laura and Donna working on our trip. It took around 2 days from me enquiring to booking a summer holiday travelling around Cambrils, sitges and Barcelona! It looks incredible and we can’t wait to go. Thank you both so much as always!

From start to finish I had a great experience using the one travel club. The service and communication was like nothing I’ve experienced before. Everything was clear and quickly dealt with. I had a little panic when I was away and had a few questions, but even with the time difference, Emma was on hand and dealt with it with no fuss.

We looked at this hotel a while back and then decided to book this year. Many thanks to Tonicha for the recommendation as she stayed in the neighbouring hotel herself previously.

From booking to check in and everything after - everything was just so easy. She even put together a little activity pack for the kids which was a nice touch

Julie has helped me with two important holidays over the past 12 months, a 40th birthday to Venice and a bucket list trip to Orlando. The service she provided from start to finish was brilliant. We have recently been away for a friend's wedding and were given the details for Emma Ross by the bride and she has been fabulous! 

We only booked on a couple of months before and had a budget and specific room requirements.
We needed one room that had a partition/door and Emma was able to source a number of hotel/room choices for us to pick from that met our requirements. 

We had a number of questions and queries, with different dates and board basis that we wanted to compare and nothing was too much for Emma. 

Emma made the booking process really easy and has been very helpful with our booking since.
We had a celebration while away and Emma contacted the hotel to arrange something for the room and we also wanted to add swim and football academies onto our booking which Emma also sorted, meaning less stress for us.

We recieved a little suprise through the post from Emma herself before we travelled for our little one to use on the plane which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. 

We have already booked through Emma again and will continue to use her. I would highley recommended her.
