I cant thank Sharron enough for booking our recent holiday to Rhodes, we were unsure where to go in Greece but Sharron came back with few options for us. We’ve just returned from an amazing holiday to Gran Canaria, all organised by Alex. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The whole process was stress-free, and Alex went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted for us. Even the little touches like wishing us a safe flight the day of our travels & keeping us up to date with any delays, it did not go unnoticed.
We had such a fantastic time and we’ve already booked another holiday for September! Honestly, we wouldn’t book anywhere else now. Highly recommend Alex for anyone looking for excellent service, stress free and a seamless holiday experience. Thank you again! xxx

Just returned from our latest One Travel Club holiday, we could not have had a better experience.
Julie at One Travel Club suggested a few hotels, from which we selected the Atruim Platinum Luxury Hotel & Spa, in Axia Rhodes.
We had a late arrive and it was much appreciated to see that Julie had gone "the extra mile" having organised a lovely platter of food and fruit and a bottle of wine for us!
The hotel was super, great people, great food (choice of restaurants) and great facilities.
Hotel staff in all roles took the time for a chat to make your stay that much more welcoming.

Kerry from One Travel Club feels like our personal travel agent, honestly, time after time she provides an excellent and friendly service.

On our most recent trip (Chelsea Flower Show) she sourced us great flights and a fabulous boutique hotel literally a two minute walk from the show ground, but not part of the well traversed route by the hundreds of show attendees.

Her communications are always excellent, timely and so informative. I can’t recommend One Travel Club and Kerry enough.

I can't thank Sharron enough for all her help and support when organising our recent trip to Sorrento. Sharron happily answered any queries, found us exactly what we were looking for and no hard sell. In a time of crisis last year when we had to cancel our initial holiday due to a loved one becoming ill and passing away, Sharron went above and beyond to support us through the cancellation process and talked us through step by step what we needed to do next. She emailed all our documentation to me at the hospital so we did not need to leave the bedside. We have just spent a fantastic week in Sorrento, exactly what we needed. A completely personal and professional service from start to finish. We will be back to book more holidays for sure.

After six months of trying (and failing!) to organise my 60th birthday holiday that worked for a whole tribe of grandchildren, I was completely worn out and ready to give up. Coordinating everyone, finding the right location, sorting suitable flights at decent "nap" times it felt impossible.
Then along came James K.....
I sent him a detailed list of everything I wanted (and quite a few things I definitely didn’t want!) and within half an hour he came back with what can only be described as the perfect family holiday. Honestly, it was as if he’d climbed inside my head and figured it all out better than I could myself.
Every detail was spot on from the destination to the flights and he somehow made the whole complicated process feel effortless.
I genuinely cannot praise him enough. If you’re feeling overwhelmed trying to plan a trip, especially with lots of moving parts like I had, James is exactly the person you need. Honestly, absolutely amazing service 👏

Sam was fantastic at organising our holiday. She took the brief and budget (and my many emails back and forth) and totally got us where we wanted to be. Had a gorgeous holiday and so much stress taken out by using Sam. Would highly recommend.

This was our 3rd trip booked through Claire Sterling. Claire organised our holiday from start to finish and was so helpful throughout, she even text while we were away wishing us a great holiday… talk about service… Claire goes over and beyond! We will definitely be booking again!

Sandy Oldrey was amazing and arranged a fantastic package holiday to Torremolinos for 9 of us, to celebrate a special birthday. Everything was organised really well, down to arranging allocated seats and a private transfer within the package. Unfortunately, 1 of our friends had to pull out and Sandy sorted this all out for us with no problem, re-arranging rooms and doing her best to keep the price low.
Nothing was too much trouble for her, she was professional, friendly and helpful at all times. I will certainly be using her again for future trips.

Nikki was just absolutely superb! She organised us a trip to South Korea that was amazing! She was able to fit in so many things that we wanted to do in just the 2 weeks. The booking process was really easy and it truly was a personalised experience. Any problems, changes or updates Nikki was always a message away. I would highly highly recommend.

booked my first holiday last week with Claire Mann have always wanted to do a Norwegian cruise. she sorted me out with a solo package made me a full itinerary and printed off all my documents even booking my transfer from Leeds. took all the stress away which is exactly what I needed as it felt a bit overwhelming sorting it all out she was really patient

Sharron supported us with a recent last minute trip to Tenerife and got us exactly what we wanted for the best price .
