I REALLY love the pillow.
My neck feels much better since I’ve started using it and it felt comfortable right away. However there is an odour to it that I don’t like, and I’m not sure how to get rid of it!

For me and my wife, the pillow is way too hard. We've had it now for four months and we cannot even make it through the night without changing our pillows back to our old ones and the smell of the pillow is horrible. I just wish I could get my money back

The best pillow lve found in 30 years. Only 1 fault. The pillow needs to be abit higher. I have extra ribs in my shoulders.
Do you make them any higher.

I have been struggling with sleeping comfortably for some time. When I saw Orthinex passing by, I did not hesitate for a moment and bought the pillow. I have been using it for a week now and I have never slept so well. Absolutely recommended!

I have neck issues so I am always on the lookout for a supportive, comfortable pillow. I have been using my Orthinex pillow for 2 weeks and I definitely find it comfortable. I am waiting a couple more weeks before I fully commit to this pillow.

Better neck comfort. However the smell of the material is annoying.

The pillow that arrived is nothing like the one advertised. It is thin cheaply produced pillow from china with a bad smell. Do not buy!

The pillow is comfortable and has helped with my neck pain but hasn’t helped with my shoulder.
The pillow also has a smell to it that is very strong. I tried writing to the company via email, but it is a bogus address. I need to spray the pillow every few days with essential oils. I am wondering if the pillow can be washed.
Maybe this review of the pillow will put me in contact with the company to answer my questions about the smell.

If I could leave no stars I would. I have problems with my neck and shoulders and after seeing the ad and all the people raving about it, I was excited to get this pillow. I am wondering if these people are actors getting paid to do the ad. This pillow had a really bad chemical like odour when I first got it. It is cheaply made. I noticed the pillow is not as fluffy and the part where they say you can put your arm was not as deep as advertised and was useless to use. I woke up with more pain. I contacted them after a few days and complained and they said to "airdry it outside and the smell will go away. They told me it’s important to note that it often takes about 10 days for my body to adjust to the unique design and support of our pillow" They said to try it for 10 days and my body should adjust. Ofcourse each time, they answered my concerns, they told me they understand and how sorry they are. They first offered 10% and to keep the pillow. I said I don't want the pillow. I want a refund because it is false advertising. Then they offered me 20% and to keep the pillow. Again, I said I don't want to keep the pillow and want a full refund. Then they said well you can return it but I have to pay the enormous amount of money to ship it back and provide them with Track & Trace number . I told them they should pay for my shipping because again, the advertisement of the pillow is not what I received. Then they came back to me and offered 20% again and to keep the pillow. I don't want the pillow. When I contacted them the first time which was within the first few days, this is what they emailed me, "If after the trial period you’re still not satisfied, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll be happy to assist you further with the return process." Now, they are offering me 20% and said this to me, "This solution not only saves you the hassle of returning the item but also helps reduce the environmental impact associated with returns". I have told them many times, I do not want the pillow, I won't be using this pillow nor will I gift it to someone. Do not buy this pillow. The smell is still there and is not comfortable to sleep on. It is cheaply made and is not like the normal temper pedic. This pillow is a waste of your money.

Wow, I struggled with 6 years of chronical neck and shoulder pains. Sleeping was the hardest thing in the world. At first I was sceptical when seeing an advertisement, but when I contacted them with some questions they assured me on my doubts and their quick reactions were very helpful. They didn't lie about their product. When I received it and slept on it for the first time it felt as if I was born again. Thank you so much Orthinex!!!!!

If i could leave less than one star I would. All I can say is don't get this pillow. It's cheaply made in China. Flimsy, thin piece of foam with a cheap case. The chemical smell is so bad you can't lay your head on it. And then, despite what their website says about an easy return within 100 days...also a lie. I tried to return it within a week of getting in. You have to pay $70 to mail it back to China. They offered me "10%" back and to keep the pillow. They are scam artists

Very pleased with the ergonomic pillow from Orthinex! Since I started using this, I haven't felt any neck pain!!! Would absolutely recommend this to anyone!

ORTHINEX is a total SCAM. everything on their website is a lie. after threatening them to write a bad review on Trustpilot, they wrote themselves the first one (!!!: really: the moment they mailed mailed me is the same moment the review was written:):) - the website says: 9000 good reviews on Trustpilot, this is the 2nd one, after their first one. it is a company based in Belgium that produces trash in China. the normal price of a cushion would be 120€, what you get is a huddled an crammed pillow, in a little bal in an ugly plastic. no box, no manual, no return policy, no branding- a crap product that to my guess doesn't even cost 5€ to produce. they lie about everything- the reviews, their customers, everything. Google view shows a normal house, not a warehouse of a company. these people have NO SHAME in deceiving people. after asking them to return is, they first offered me 10% discount and that i keep KEEP it. after that 20%. then they said i had to return it to CHINA!!! (from belgium), on my own expenses. that's ILLEGAL. they finally gave me back my money because i threatened to go to the police, but check the reviews on AMAZON and you will see copy paste of my story. DON'T BUY THIS CRAPPY NON-BRAND.
