Takes a bit of getting used to it
Takes a bit of getting used to it. Most nights I sleep like a log but have had a few exceptions but that could be down to me. Would advise anyone to give it a try as we are all different.

Good luck trying to make a return
I’m TRYING to return the pillow. I’ve had it less than a week and it’s not for me. The website makes returns sound like an easy thing. So far I’ve received 4 return emails asking if I’d like 10%, 15%, 20% and 30% off my next purchase instead of a full refund. I’m clearly emailing with a bot as I doubt a real person could be so obtuse. I found the pillow itself an odd shape and there isn’t enough space for my full forearm to snug into the arm rests. Would not recommend purchasing from their company. Horrible customer service too.

It has worked for me
It took me a month to get used to the pillow but, now, it has solved my problem of bad neck and headaches each morning. I almost gave up but decided to give it a bit more time.
I was disappointed by the lack of information that came with the pillow and managed eventually to get a good use of it by watching many videos. More introductory information would be useful.
I don’t like the smell of the pillow and the material that the cover is made of. It’s too scratchy. I have used a rose mist spray on it to alleviate the smell and use a pillowcase laid on the top of the pillow so I can still get at the arm cut outs. I hoped that a softer shaped pillow case would be purchase-able but it isn’t.
People have commented that it isn’t worth the money. It is expensive. The actual materials the pillow is made of aren’t in my opinion worth the money. But one has to pay for the research and trial that has gone in to getting the correct design, which has been achieved for me. So I am happy that I have a pillow that doesn’t have to join the pile of previous types of pillows I have tried!!

Really good pillow for side sleeper
I'm really enjoying the pillow at this point. I've been sleeping with it for a couple of weeks now. The first week was a huge adjustment getting used to the arm placement notches in the pillow, as I am a side sleeper. I do love the way that the pillow supports my head and neck, which helps me fall and stay asleep much faster and more comfortably. I will definitely keep using it and recommend it for others.

Yeah the pillow is great

The pillow is very comfortable
The pillow is very comfortable! I no longer have neck pain. I am generally a side sleeper, but I also occasionally sleep on my stomach. My neck is very well supported no matter the position. My only negative comment is that the chemical smell on the pillow takes several days to go away. Why do you need to use it??

You can't return the pillow unless you want to ship it to China at your cost. They offer you 10% refund of purchase price. It's a scam.
Pillow smells too bad to use. When I contacted them to return (return policy on website states 100% satisfaction with returns allowed within trial period). First they want you to use it longer before contacting them for a refund at which time they say, you can keep it and we will give you 10% back. Then they said 20%...30%.....this went on until they said I could ship it back. Of course, the shipping address is China. At which time I asked for the 50% refund which was their final offer. I still don't know if I will receive the refund. Haven't seen it yet and have little confidence.

Finally a good night's sleep
I was a terrible sleeper, even with sleeping tablets I would wake with shoulder pain. I would turn over and turn over all night. I could not believe that I had slept 7 hours the first night with this pillow. It has been the same every night since. I have already decided that it has to squeeze into my suitcase for holidays.
