Beware this company charges an indiscriminate "fee" on top of your normal order if below a minimum of $40.
You have to "add" another order and request a refund - and get charged a second time....

They make you think that your purchase is a certain amount then when you present your card they add to the payment an extra 45 dollars service fee. And don’t bother asking to cancel your order because it’s never going to happen. They also pretend to be an Australian company when they’re not. My order is apparently coming from Dubai. Why the hell would I want to buy something from Dubai????

Hidden charges which you find out too late.
Order subject to eco-charge - what and how much is it you will find out in confirmation email and not a chance to get it back.
I called that hidden charges and asked for refund few minutes after I have placed the order.
Answer 24h later right after processed confirmation - This eco charge is applied to orders under $40 and is aimed at encouraging environmentally friendly practices, particularly by reducing the environmental impact of small deliveries.

Additional charge of $30 without warning
This company added an additional charge of $30 after the checkout had taken place. No warning whatsoever. My bank fraud dept rang me to query what seemed to be a card scam. The amount quoted was not recognised resulting in my debit card being blocked which was very inconvenient. The bank obviously were aware of previous complaints.
Ozerty claim the additional charge was them doing their bit for the world. Doing it for themselves is more to the point.
You'd be a fool to purchase anything from this company.

This is a standard Chinese scam website. They will charge your card a higher amount without informing you.
You wont be able to recover the money from your bank. I lost $44 - others have lost much more.
If you are reading this BEFORE purchasing well done - you have avoided the scam.

My parcel notification of delivery came…
My parcel notification of delivery came from Australia post delivered at 10.14am today 18thFeb with photo . The trouble is it has been delivered to Cardigan st Carlton 100km from Ballarat where I live.my address is automatically filled when I make a purchase so I know that I didn’t put in the wrong address.
