CAVEAT EMPTOR. Regrettably I got sucked in by their false advertising. Prices are in $AU, but at the checkout the price reverts to a foreign currency. So, the product ends up being double the advertised price! Plus there is a foreign currency fee. My transaction was difficult right from the start, and when my delayed delivery finally arrived, it turned out that my watch is useless. It simply will not charge. BEWARE!!

Unethical Business Practices
I was charged an extra $29.95 for a $20 item because I would not order over $40 worth of additional items. Ozerty said this change is eco-friendly but it is a rip off and totally unethical. They claim to provide free delivery, top notch customer service and a refund if not satisfied but fail all 3 in my case. I was subsequently offered a discount if I gave a 5 star rating!

If I could give a zero star rating I would. I ordered 2 pairs of night driving glasses for $9.95 each. Ended up paying $59.99 , because they overcharged for postage and threw in an insurance payment that I never requested. That's not all, they have since charged the same amount on 2 more occasions that I only became aware of when I checked my account this evening. I have to cancel my credit card now. Steer clear of Ozerty, they are criminals.

Ordered a smart watch in Nov 2024 (Order # OZ14039AU) and it arrived in Dec. All good so far. I then noticed I had been charged an extra $43AU for what was supposed to be free shipping. Contacted Ozerty & they said it was to offset the carbon emissions for the transport. Seriously this is a UAE based business but shipps from Sydney on a wrist watch for goodness sake. BUT WORSE TO COME. I have yet to get the watch working, it will not charge or turn on. the wrist band is rubbish and the instruction sheet is indecipherable even with a magnifier. Please beware of OZERTY
