During our peak season my business sends huge volumes of parcels via Parcelhub, and the proactive Customer Service Team handle delayed parcels without us needing to be involved. This means that our staff can spend more time on sales and production, and we can rely totally on Parcelhub to sort out any problems before either we or our customers are aware of them.
I wouldn't be without Parcelhub. We have aggressive sales and marketing plans and it's great to feel absolutely confident that they'll help us grow, by providing a class-leading delivery service to our customers.

It turned out that the merchant involved had not sent the parcel to Parcelhub!!!
When I phoned Parcelhub about this, they were extremely helpful, so I am eating humble pie and giving them an excellent review.
N.B. The parcel did eventually arrive, but not via Parcelhub!

Caring and thoughful
We use this company as a third party company for our customer deliveries. We have used many in the past which have all been of a similar service, but when things have gone wrong they have not been easy to deal with. Parcel hub offer great customer service and although they do have restrictions from the carriers they use, they are always available to offer advise and are very quick to respond to queries. Very helpful and caring service by all members of the team, Thank you for all your help.
