Rip off Company . Avoid at all costs

Not a reputable company. Paid 2020 site fees up front, the park at the lizard point has closed down, I am not receiving any refund for not being able to use the facilities.
Really disappointed, if I could afford to move my van I certainly would.

Worse company I have ever dealt with ,if I could give a minus star I would , please avoid they do not look after they just want your money ...... greed greed greed

Worst experience of my life was buying a caravan from this lot, they rip you off and treat owners like dirt, missold a caravan by them and once it's bought you are stuck there.
Avoid at all costs!

Shameful company. All they want is your money! And then constant phone calls trying to get you to upgrade and spend more money. Refusing any sort of refund or rebate unlike Haven and other companies.

BE WARNED THIS COMPANY IS ALL ABOUT MONEY AND RIPPING YOU OFF, I HAVE EXPERIENCED IT FIRST HAND AND KNOW MANY OTHERS WHO HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF. DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM PARKDENE YOU WILL REGRET. Go to other trust pilot review sites about parkdene they are all bad(never seen a company with so many bad reviews) go the HAVEN

This is a new trust pilot account set up by Parkdean to try and hide away from the hundreds if not thousands of negative feedback left on their other Trust Pilot account. They treat the owners of caravans and lodges disgustingly, they have no shame, you are told one thing when you buy and things do not happen and much more, too long a list to write.

This company will rip you off with over inflated prices for holidays, beer, food, static caravan electric bills, rates, gas, and the list goes on and on and on avoid at all costs

This is a new domain name/email address for Parkdean resorts or Parkdean holidays. Please do take a look at the reviews on trustpilot for them. They keep kicking the ball into their own net. Just need to do the right thing by their 20000 owners but seem unable to countenance it. The staff are n the ground are doing the best they can. Sadly senior management have no interest in their customers.

Don't buy a van, unless you like being bent over a barrel and forced to hand over your cash for nothing !

Do not buy a caravan from Parkdean. We were sold our caravan and told a bunch of lies at the time. Check out there other pages on Trustpilot. Many more owners sharing similar experiences.
All they care about is money, they should be ashamed of themselves.
