Amazing products for amzing results ! In just one week my skin is so much better
I bought Clinical Ceramide-Enriched Firming Eye Cream around 12 weeks ago & have use used it religiously morning and evening since. I'm sorry to say, despite the potentially amazing ingredients, it hasn't made any difference to my 47 year old eye area at all. On the plus side, it hasn't made things worse either. It also pills quite a bit.
I had a very good experience with this company. The products are great, and the service was amazing on my end.
When I ordered my products I was supposed to receive 3 free gifts (only little samples but still more than other companies give) I was sent 2 and didn't think anything about it.
They sent me an apologetic email that I didn't get it, and once they had the item again they shipped it to me separately.
I was very impressed by this dedication, a lot of brands would not go above and beyond this way, so I think it's a great company and will definitely order from them again.
So firstly let me say that the products themselves seem to be working great. I saw them being used in a lot of online content and wanted to give them a try. Using this in my regular skincare routine has been a joy and I have noticed a positive improvement in the week that I’ve been using them.
It’s a huge shame, however, that the customer service attention hugely lets this company down. Let me explain:
I placed my order online, and ended up spending more than usual because they were doing an offer of some free gifts if you spent over £65. I’m not in the best financial state right now but thought I wanted to treat myself for once, and it seemed like it could be good value for the amount of freebies on top of my order.
I received two different strings of tracking information about my order a few days later. Having already been delayed due to COVID, I was eager to roughly know when this would arrive. I emailed them. I facebooked them. I tweeted them. No response from any of these.
I finally found a phone number to check in with. Despite the number being listed on a UK website, it’s clear their CS is a German team. This wouldn’t be so bad if the waiting messages whilst on hold were not just in German, and unfortunately I will never find out what was being repeated down the phone to me for a solid 5 minutes. I decided to persist and someone did answer the phone and she spoke English after answering the phone in German. But it is a little strange.
I was told by the lady on the phone that she would take my number (which she did), check my order and call me back. I am still, and will forever be waiting for that call.
I tried Facebook once again and about a day later, received an answer- by which point my package had arrived. Box had clearly been thrown about everywhere but everything seemed in tact, aside from the makeup bag which looked creased and in very poor condition. I understand this was part of the free gift but it was one of the reasons I upped my spend on the order so to see it looking as worn as it did was surprising and disappointing.
I asked if there was anything they could do, and I was reluctantly given £5 off my next order which does not help as I’ve already got one of those from joining and you can’t use it with any offers that exist already on there. They sent another bag and honestly it looks in just as bad state, if not worse.
When you compare this to competitors such as Clinique, they always do an excellent job with free gifts so I was shocked to see a company that people spoke so highly of in terms of the brand release such poor quality items...
It’s just too much effort to try and get in touch yet again, and wait days for a mediocre/unhelpful response. Will be tempted to order products again but probably from a third party website so I don’t have to deal with chasing an unbothered CS team again.
Finally, a great, oil free, cruelty free factor 50 for your face and delivery is rapid.
Quality cosmetics products that actually work. Backed up by research and no bs. I would have given them 5* if they were a bit cheaper.
Great, game changing products, great customer service, free personalised advice and prompt communication. So glad I found this range, she really does know her stuff.
I have been using Paula’s products since reading “Blue eyeshadow should be illegal”,so probably 25 years anyway.I am an Esthetician and have always promoted Paula’s products because it is hands down THE BEST .
I have learned so much about skin care and products over the years from all her wonderful books,interviews ,her amazing staff,and you tube videos.

I’ve used PC for several years now. Had great success with every product I’ve tried and they are frequently releasing new products and lines which is good. Products are a little pricey but you get what you pay for in this case! Love that they offer samples, travel sizes etc...shipping is very quick - took less than 5 days for my order to come from the Netherlands. Would highly recommend if you are looking for high quality skincare.!
They really have good products. And good prices. And about their beautypedia: i tend to not buy any new brand/ products cosmetics before i read paulas choice review. Just paula oh paula.. why delivery takes soooo long.. they ship from Germany i think..
At 48yrs I wanted better skin care and came to PC after YouTube recommendations. Loved the products, they really are skin changing (improved dark circles, eye bags and whole complexion) and I can't praise them enough, even my husband now uses PC. So we have great products but consumers know this ain't enough on its own, customer service has to be just as good and I can say it is. Not only can you buy samples of products but you can try full size and trial size for weeks not days and return if you don't like it for a full refund, minus P&P. So great products, great customer service BUT delivery to the EU was awful. I raised the issue of delivery, that I never received updates during the 5-7 day wait for it to arrive. I discussed the issue many times with customer service...and they listened to me and others...and made changes. My recent order was delivered 2 days later by DHL. So great products for women and men, great returns policy, great customer service and now great delivery! It has to be 5 stars and I can't recommend Paula's Choice highly enough! With the returns policy, fab products and service, you have nothing to lose but better skin!
Quick delivery of my order. It's great that you are able to order samples so you don't end up making an expensive mistake with the wrong choice. I've yet to start on my new skincare regime so can't comment on the efficacy of the products but I was very impressed to receive 11 samples for £3. If they agree with my skin, I will be back to buy the full sizes!
