Good products, bad customer service. I made an order today and first time around the website said ‘payment declined’ so I went through checkout again, only to then receive two confirmation emails and 2 payments were taken. I immediately started a live chat where the lady was rude and told me I’d made a mistake and ordered twice - ‘No -your website made the mistake and charged me twice’. I was told it was policy that they can’t cancel an order and I would only get my money back by refusing to accept the order when it arrived. I then called the customer service team who we equally unhelpful stating that it was ‘policy’. Well what a stupid policy that I cant get my money back after YOUR website charged me twice! I want my money back now!
Best skincare products and the best customer service i have ever had.This company one of my fav even some of their product just not for my skin, but the advisor always helps me and very nice, and i have got a refund in 2 days! impressive
I have tried for several years to have my email address removed from Paulas choice and yet two years later a I still receiving them. This should be against the law!!
I did a lot of research before buying from Paula's Choice due to my Rosacea-prone skin but was willing to give them a go.. After a year or so of using their products, I wouldn't use anyone else. Their Calm range has really helped to keep my skin under control and I would personally recommend if you have a similar skin type. I would say their products are a little bit on the expensive side but totally worth it if the products works for you.
One of my favourite companies to buy from and use. The products genuinely work (follow the routine finder to identify the right ones for you); they have generous special offers and free gifts; and on the one occasion I did have a problem with a product, their customer service was outstanding. I’m a loyal repeat customer and have been for a few years now.
I wanted to try Paula’s Choice as my skin has been a mess these past 12 months. My skin type is sensitive and dry but acne prone so it was recommended I try their ‘Calm’ range, which I did. I really liked their mineral moisturiser and the UnScrub, which I ordered as an add on. Unfortunately though, after using the products for over a month, my skin did not improve. I contacted them under their 60 day money back guarantee, they advised me of the return address to send the products back and the day after they were returned, I received a full refund! Whilst I am disappointed that these products did not work for me, their customer service was second to none in honouring their money back guarantee.
Perfect anti aging products for oily skin. My favourites are:

I bought Paula choice Exfoliate this product has disappointed me as I was really excited to try something new to fix my face as I be been experiencing even toned skin and have a lot of pores. This product was the talk and I was very excited to try.
To be honest Im so frustrated with this company. At first I thought wow finally a brand that works BUT i used it for 2 month now and my skin got even worse! Every time when I used it new pimples would show up and those really hurts so bad that you wanna cry if you accidentally touched them!! They won't go away either and i never had THAT much of a problem with pimples. The customer service is really bad they told me it is my own fault and that there is nothing wrong with their products. Well jokes on them that they don't know the writing from the instruction part of the bottle. I would not recommend this brand to anyone because at the end you wasted money and earned pain

I have been using Paula's Choice products for more than 10 years and I am not willing to use on my face any other products. They have a huge choice of high quality products, they have a solution for every skin concerns. Favourite ones are the exfoliators..I have tried lots of different ones though,they are all amazing. Never had any problems with them,they have my absolute trust. Highly recommend them!!!
I ordered a product which clearly is not right, it smells very strange. Had a live chat with a member of staff. After waiting ages to get through Adele was so rude. She spoke to me like a headmistress telling off a naughty child. When I expressed this to her she terminated the chat. I expect more from a company like PC. This experience has totally put me off buying from them again.

On the 12th of March, I received my order from PC however I only received one of the two bottles of Skin Perfecting 2% BHA liquid exfoliant I had ordered. I emailed the customer service email the same day explaining the situation as I believed this to be a simple mistake as the shipping order that came within the box said there should be two bottles.
I have received no feedback from the customer service team since then. I have been charged for two bottles of this product and only received one of them. I emailed them again on the 17th of March and still received no response.
I love your products but I won't consider purchasing again if this is the level of customer service that can be expected.

Great items, saved my skin.
Just a little overpriced but does what it promises to do.
their products caused a rash on my skin so I contacted their ‘customer service’ and they blamed it on the fact I have ‘skin irritation’ even tho I don’t as I’m not allergic to any of the ingredients as I’ve used different brands of the same ingredients. say they offer a 60 day money back guarantee but that’s total bs. absolute rip off £10 for a ‘tester’ size?!😭😂😭

Poor delivery service. Do not follow the time frame they give on their website after you have placed an order...it's misleading. When I was logging in into my account it said that the product has been delivered. However, that was not true as I did not receive even an email about my order being packed. Update your website!

Awful company to deal with. Written 3 times and now twice further on paypal. Had no response from any. I need to return items for a refund and its been weeks and been ignored.
Customer service is appalling.
I want my money back. On website it clearly states refunds in full if returned in 60 days. How? If they don't respond!!

I can’t comment on the products because I can’t seem to get them. I ordered on Tuesday with checkout and the conf email stating I would get my order in 2 days. A week on and it has not even shipped. I received a ‘shipping’ email but the tracking number just confirms that a label has been created and no order has actually been sent yet. I contacted them on IG, email and Facebook and was told someone would be in contact in a day. 4 days later and no reply on any platform. If you know their products are good then carry on using but I strongly recommend using a 3rd party to purchase and not direct from the site as their customer service for me has been non existent.
