I placed an order for 5 items and received 1. I assumed the other 4 would arrive in a separate parcel, but they didn’t. Phoned customer services 2 weeks later & expected an argument, but they couldn’t have been more helpful. Missing items dispatched without argument arriving 4 days later. Fantastic customer services. Thank you.

Amazed by their customer service. I haven’t tried many products but I like the ones that I have.
The delivery company they are using delivered my order somewhere else and then washed their hands of the problem. Thankfully Paulaschoise customer service is resending my order free of charge through another delivery company ( Royal Mail which is the best). Companies don’t often do that.

They're scammers IMO. Place an order, delayed delivery, won't cancel the order. Instead you have to refuse delivery of the order...which of course they never deliver.
Go somewhere else, save yourself the hassle.

I placed an order 10 days ago, still no sign of it. Chased customer services and was told they would resend it as it appeared to have been lost. Four days later still no sign of my order , I feel scammed

I've been using 2% bha toner for about 4 months now. The toner is actually a good exfoliator. But the initial purging was horrible. But after the purge skin does feel much better. I've been waiting to get my hands on the retinol but not quite sure if it'll suit my acne prone skin. Overall, a bit pricey but good.
Received products pretty fast, bought for my girlfriend. She still uses products, seems they are good!
Been a loyal customer for years. Bought £60 odd of goods and chose a ‘free’ birthday gift, i choose 1 item from a possible 5/6.
This was a gel cleanser wash not a cleanser to use with a cotton wool pad. I asked if theyd swop it and they replied saykng no because i hadnt paid for it ( i didnt ask for a refund, I asked to swop it) they told me to give it away and offered me 15% off my next purchase?! I replied stating i wanted to swop it for one of the other ‘free’ options..:: no reply… they just want yr money and dont care about you after… deeply disappointed…
I've used Paula's Choice anti-ageing product for two years and value their exceptional service. Highly recommended!

I have used several products from Paula's Choice and been very pleased with them. However I find Ceremide-Enriched Firming Eye Cream to be very disappointing.
The texture is sticky and not easily absorbed, making it difficult to retain make up. More importantly, I find that it irritates my eyes, making them sore and causing them to weep. I have had to stop using it after only a few days.
Order received totally wrong. Half products ordered were missing, items added I hadn't ordered. What a really poor start to my first order. Will be requesting full refund
Love the products from this brand and I’ve always experienced good delivery so have never had to contact them other than to make the initial order.
Very difficult to contact customer services. Phone not answered. Promised phone call doesn’t happen. Wait time for on line chat 53 minutes, but you get cut off if you leave the page, so no idea what has happened to my order.

I ordered my things on Sunday 2nd and they should have arrived by today. I called to get information they said they will arrive by Saturday, even tho the delivery I paid for was 2-3 working days.
They also said I can't cancel it.
Awful customer service. Their website claims they offer easy returns and refunds within 60 days even if the product has been used, but this is NOT true, and they refused to accept my return request and told me I would only have 14 days to return it and they said I wouldn't get postage charge refunded. They don't include freepost label to return - you have to contact them to request a return but their phone line doesn't work and on instant chat I was told I had to send photos of the product first and they wouldn't refund postage charge. Very overpriced products and awful customer service
Ordered from them over two weeks ago with next day shipping. Still no update. Contacting them to request a refund as I am moving house and they said they cannot due to company policy and that I have to refuse the parcel from an address I will no longer be at. Absolutely shocking
I had a missing item in my parcel and when I called up they did sort it out straight away. The advisor was so helpful and also gave so much advice as to how and when I used my products as she had noticed I had picked up many products with actives in it. Honestly the most helpful and kindest customer advisor I have come across! Really appreciated the genuine advice and they automatically recognised my account when I called through my telephone number I suppose so I didnt have to clarify the whole order number,etc..
That's a great product! Finaly it's good for my skin type!

I purchased 2 items from Paula’s Choice : 2% BHA Exfoliant and 1% Retinol Treatment - both great products!
The first I purchased was exfoliant. I’ve been using it for a while now and there has been a big improvement to my skin.
I was so happy with the product that I also decided to try 1% retinol - very powerful product! (It is not recommended to use both products together).I am amazed with the results. My skin is now spotless, pores are gone and I am no longer struggling with acne issue. Those products are very good replacement for professional facial treatments - the result is the same.
I truly recommend!!
