Ordered 3 different signs from them all looked good originally. 1 failed on start, returned and now waiting 3 months for the to return it. No response from customer service. Now a second has failed after 11 months No response from Customer Service and warrantly email address just bounces back. No answer on telephone lines either.

Really poor quality sign, i genuinely cannot believe that they let it leave the store in the state it did...Do not on any account order from here

Don't order a sign from this god awful company. I made my order on December 4th 2025, after repeatedly chasing them multiple times, I finally received the sign on January 7th 2026 (over a month later)... and it doesn't work. Absolutely awful customer service and products. AVOID

Ich habe im Dezember 2025 ein Neon-Schild bestellt. Die Lieferzeit von 1–3 Werktagen wurde nicht eingehalten; stattdessen dauerte es über einen Monat und mehrere Nachfragen beim Kundenservice, bis das Schild geliefert wurde.

Der Support hat jedoch immer schnell reagiert und ist mir aufgrund der Verzögerung mit einem Rabatt von 20 % entgegengekommen. Die Qualität des Produkts ist in Ordnung und entspricht meinen Erwartungen.

I ordered a neon sign from Neon Planet on November 29th, fully expecting it within the 5 to 7 working days they advertised. Instead, it showed up about five weeks later, and to top it off, it doesn’t even work. I’ve tried contacting their team, and I’ve had zero response. Now I’m having to go through my credit card company to do a chargeback because it looks like they have no intention of fixing the issue or even responding. It’s a shame, because the sign actually looks great, but it doesn’t do me any good if it doesn’t light up.

Honestly, I’d avoid this company unless they can immediately sort this out and send a working replacement as fast as they claim they can. Until then, this review will stand, and I’ll be sharing it on other review platforms as well. I hope you’re listening, Neon Planet!”

I am absolutely thrilled with my neon sign - it is top quality and exactly how I envisioned it. There was a slight delay with delivery but the customer service team communicated really well and kept me up to date. I am particularly impressed with the after sales care. Not all companies take such time or care after a sale has completed. Would absolutely recommend this company.

We were very happy with the sign, but the company ‘lost points’ by not delivering in time for Christmas as they had promised. Email communication was OK but phones were not answered. On receipt the product appeared faulty but this turned out to be an obscure problem with the fuse holder in the plug of the generic power supply. Luckily five minutes with a multimeter and the problem was located and resolved .

Great customer service as I was unsure about the colour. They sent me several examples so I could choose. Also, managed to deliver in time for Christmas despite my late ordering. Sign looks fab!!

We wanted a neon sign to light up our home bar project and we had high hopes from the outset. We were not disappointed as the supplied sign exceeded our own high expectations. Good customer care when we had an email query to address so a firm "YES" and 5 stars from us; we would recommend.

I was thrilled to receive my pink (paler of the two pinks!) It’s a wonderful life neon sign.
It makes a real statement, much more than l had imagined and l couldn’t be more delighted!
I went for the normal thickness of tube, not ‘bold’ and it is certainly much brighter and better than l had hoped.
As we had some ugly sockets and damaged wall we had it mounted on a white backboard, which has worked fabulously, masking the horrid bits.
In addition we were going to be away as it was due to be delivered, and l was worried a neighbour may damage it. An email to customer service had the delivery held until our return, perfect!
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them or indeed ordering again.

Xmas present ordered later than I would have liked but luckily it was delivered faster than I could have hoped.its just absolutely gorgeous and I’m very pleased with how it came out.

Just received our sign and couldnt be happier. I agree with other reviews that the only issue is taking longer than expected to be delivered but absolutely didnt disappoint when we got the sign. Worth the wait and reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend
