Very fast turn around. Turned our basic drawing into a beautiful design proof. Light perfectly matched this and was sent out really quickly. Refreshingly they never kept chasing on making a purchase like other companies do which made it a really pleasant experience. Very well priced for a custom build too.

J ai commandé un neon sur mesure. Le resultat est exactement ce que j attendais, donc parfait. Recu dans le temps annoncé. Effet genial pour eclairer une descente d escalier avant d arriver dans notre Bar. Au bout d un an, nous avons eu une panne. Nous les avons contacter et reponse immediate, après envoi de quelques photos, ils nous ont envoye une piece a changer pour tester , arrivee très rapidement et ca remarche. Donc, très bon service après vente. Je tenais a l ecrire, car très satisfaite.

I made a mistake when ordering and didn’t include the stand for the sign,I emailed and someone got back to me straight away and sent one out that arrived the next day.The sign itself is exactly what I ordered and I’m delighted with it and the customer service is second to none

This company is an absolute joke from start to finish. The sign was delivered days later than promised, with no communication or explanation for the delay. When it finally arrived, it came in two separate pieces instead of one complete unit, which was completely unexpected and incredibly inconvenient. To make matters even worse, half of the lights don’t even work, rendering the product practically useless.

After discovering all these issues, I tried repeatedly to contact the company to get it resolved. I made multiple phone calls at different times of the day, yet no one ever answers. I’ve also sent countless emails explaining the situation in detail, but I’ve been completely ignored every single time. Not even a basic acknowledgement, let alone any attempt to fix the problem.

Because of their failure to deliver a working product or provide any support, I was forced to spend an additional £400 out of my own pocket to purchase a replacement from another supplier. It’s beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.

The lack of professionalism, poor quality product, and non-existent customer service speaks volumes. They take your money and then disappear when something goes wrong. Avoid this company at all costs.
