No mockup of the custom sign was sent. No notice about a delay. I had to ask for the status on the mockup after 10 days.
They were sorry, and would get it sent right away.
Few days go by, same story again.
And again.
When demanding a full refund, I was offered a partial refund with the order being dispatched as soon as possible.
After insisting on the full refund (and explicitly asking for confirmation in a second email), they finally agreed but stated that the money would arrive „within 5 working days“.
Well, you guessed it. It did not.

Now I’ve taken it to PayPal to try and get my money back.

Planetneon, you are a bunch of clowns wasting people’s time and money. And I doubt that you can mess up this many times (see other reviews) without doing it on purpose.

Neon signs arrived as i designed, and customer service is quick and efficient. I opted not to get a dimmer, and the sign was too bright for where i was putting it, but they offered to send one free of charge

I have ordered over 9 signs with Planet Neon and the quality and build of the product has been great, they match the high end commercial project standards perfectly.

Customer service is also very helpful and they respond with speed, highly recommend.

I’ve had a pleasant experience so far, I placed my order via the website on Sunday. I found the process super simple and easy to follow considering there are so many components to creating a sign. I’ve had confirmation of my order, I’ve been asked to review a mock up of the sign to ensure I’m happy with it. The team are super friendly and helpful.

Made an order in March, it came 2 months later in May despite constant assurances of it being prepared in time for my event. It missed the event by a country mile, I was forced to keep the item at the cost of my consumer rights (30 day rule anyone). It then arrived broken... These people are scam artists. I was told by Customer Service, 'I want you to know I won’t rest until we’ve made this right.' -- proceeded to get ignored for two weeks, still being ignored today. DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

Really happy with my neon sign!! I have seen some negative reviews on here so I was a bit skeptical once placing an order but the team went above and beyond to make sure my requests were sorted and the sign genuinely looks incredible. very bright and really high quality construction.

I have purchased a couple of bespoke neons from this company and I can assure any prospective clients that both product and customer service have been second to none! Really swift communication! I can’t wait to receive my next neon!!

Ordered a sign on a Monday, to hopefully have it by a Friday evening party - I emailed to request this, hopeful but realistic.
Not only did I get a personal and reassuring email to say they would absolutely make this delivery, but it arrived on the Thursday!
The sign is just amazing and looks stunning up on our wall above a beer fridge - super easy to attach to the wall using the fittings - gorgeous pink light with quality Perspex background. I absolutely love it, will definitely be ordering a few more and would absolutely recommend!

Yet another bad review where they have taken our money and after months of promises, not sent the sign we ordered! This is a scam company where they are fugimg less than 50% of orders but keeping everyone’s money, avoid

Absolute scam, do not place an order.

I ordered a ready to ship LED lights, and paid extra for express 2-5 day shipping. A week later, when my order hadn't yet been shipped, I sent an e-mail and I got told it would be shipped the following day. After another week had passed, I asked for an update. Days later, I asked for another. A week later, I asked for a refund.

They have not replied to any of these e-mails, and my order is still not shipped.

Sign doesn't work. Only half of it lights up, and it's covered in scratches. Very disappointing.

Ordered for my wedding in a week's time. No one to pick the phone up. Do not use this company if you want a functioning, well made neon sign.

I've just ordered a neon sign for a 20 year reunion for a company that no longer trades. The sign will look perfect at the venue and should raise a few smiles for all of us who worked there. The party venue was a bit slow getting back to me meaning my delivery timescales for order/ delivery were super tight. Planetneon couldn't have been more helpful, they've taken my order and have assured me speedy delivery for the party on Friday at no extra cost. It was totally unexpected as the lack of time was totally my fault. Absolutely brilliant customer service. Thanks so much! I'll post a photo after the event. Can't wait to see the sign! ❤️

Chiari nelle risposte, sempre disponibili, cordiali. Ho ricevuto tutto in un solo giorno dalla spedizione perfettamente imballato e niente…. Che dire…. E’ bellissima!! Sono super soddisfatta!! I placed an order with Planet Neon on 11th May 2025 for a custom neon sign (Order PN-122066), with a clearly stated delivery timeframe of 6–7 days. As of 29th May, the item has still not been delivered, and I have received no tracking information or explanation, despite multiple emails chasing an update.

I was assured in writing that the order had been prioritised and would be delivered by Friday 23rd May. That commitment was also missed, and no follow-up communication was provided. I have now had to initiate a chargeback through my bank due to non-delivery.

This has caused considerable inconvenience, and I have lost all trust in this company’s reliability and service standards. I have also submitted complaints to Trading Standards and Citizens Advice.

I would strongly caution others against placing orders with Planet Neon until they resolve their customer service and fulfilment issues.

I have made an order with a design that was a little complicated with the details of the lines and I wasn’t sure if it would turn out great. When I received the mock up I was blown away.
The package arrived when it was supposed to and it was more than I expected. The sign is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough ♥️

Fuyez ! Bien que moins cher, le service n'est pas au rendez-vous. Mon néon, reçu avec retard ne correspondaient pas à la commande. Suite à un échange d'email, la société me propose d'en refaire un à prix cassé avce une livraison expresse. Que j'attends toujours ! Bref passez votre chemin !

You can't contact them at all - there's no response to phone or email. Not sure if it's even a legit company?

Raised a dispute with PayPal to get a refund on the item.

Since there are so many other companies out there offering similar services at similar prices I would avoid these guys and go with someone else for your sign.

Absolute jokers, 3 plus weeks to get the sign, and that was only after I chased twice via e-mail, they even tried to say they replied to my first e-mail, (they didnt) i asked to show proof of e-mail sent via the time stamp, they totally avoided that one.

Then when it finally arrived it had a scratch, i asked for a refund or a new one, they wanted me to post it back, (even more delays & more cost and time wasted my side) I’d highly recommend using anyone but these muppets.

Sign looks great, I gave them a deadline when I ordered and they hit it, helpful after sales.

Terrible experience. I would not order from this company. They are full of excuses and cannot provide me with any details on delivery. Every week I'm promised a delivery date and the day passes, hearing nothing from them. It is a total joke and waste of time. I ordered these for a client and she is still waiting on them 2 months later. What a joke.
