Ordered 6 neon signs(including 2 custom) on Wednesday 25th of June. Paid for urgent delivery 3-4 day delivery. Was promised delivery by Wednesday 2nd July, but after multiple follow ups, it finally arrived late on Monday 7th of July. Missing items include 3 signs, adaptors and wall mounts. Still waiting on 2 signs which were to be delivery yesaterday the 10th of July, But when I tracked them they were showing that there is damage reported. The AC adapters/wall mounts were sent separately by mail and still haven't arrived - can't reach anyone by phone. Have sent 2 emails but no response yet. Frustrated and very disappointed. I did get my shipping fee refuned after asking, but the poor service and communicatrion made the whole experience stressful.

Light never turned up. They now won't return my emails, my money. Waste of £400. So gutted as It was an investment on a business with very low funding so now im having to start saving again. Don't buy from these scammers

Well what can I say! We ordered our bespoke Planet Neon Sign to complete our home bar in time for a special Party. Unfortunately there was a problem with delivery and if it wasn’t for Planet Neons First Class Service we wouldn’t have had it in time. No questions asked, they made a new one and dispatched it ‘Special Delivery’ with only 24 hours to go! It was even better than we had imagined and was a real show stopper on the night. Do not hesitate to place an order, the product is excellent and the service First Class.

I recently purchased a light from planet Neon for some work we were doing at home. The optionality to customise the light during the design on the website was excellent. I ordered the light on the Saturday. On the monday morning i got a mail from planet Neon with a picture of the artwork for me to check and asking when i needed the sign. I asked for it to be sent as soon as they could. The website states a 7-9 day lead time. The light securely packaged via UPS in 5 days. The light is excellent quality with an exact colour match to what i selected on the website an is even supplied with the 3M mounting strips. All in an all great company to deal with, responsive, helpful and delivering quality products. I have no problem in recommending

Ordered a sign for an event on the 10th July on the 14th June, was given a 7-9 day production and delivered promise. Chased them on the 26th June and was told there was a delay and I would have it on the 2nd July. Chased on the 2nd July as still haven’t received and was told I will have it on the 5th July. Chased again today 4th July to check this is on track and was now told it will be posted on the 7th July. They have known all along I needed the sign for an event on the 10th July.
Have asked for a refund and cancellation asap, wouldn’t even bother recommend ordering with them. They are clearly going through some production issues.

Viel zu spät geliefert und dann kam ein Paket nur mit dünner Folie umhüllt wurde das Produkt im Orginal Karton verschickt - der Verpackung ist absolut unbrauchbar, sowas hätte ich in einem Geschäft niemals in so einem Zustand gekauft. War eigentlich als geschenk gedacht aber absolut peinlich so wry was verspätet und dann noch in diesem Zustand zu verschenken - NIE WIEDER und dann zahle ich hier auch noch für die Versand Kosten - absolute Frechheit. Verpackt eure Sachen ordentlich und kommuniziert richtige Lieferzeiten!

perfekter Schriftzug

Der Schriftzug gefällt mir sehr gut. Sieht genauso aus wie die Vorschau auf der Website. Die Auswahlmöglichkeiten für die Schriftzüge ist toll.
Der Farbwechsel funktioniert einwandfrei. Der EU Stecker lag dabei. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt. Lieferung hat ca. einen Monat gedauert, fand ich aber nicht schlimm.
Es ist die perfekte Erinnerung. Vielen Dank ich würde immer wieder bestellen.

Super easy to order, I paid extra for fast delivery and the bespoke sign arrived in perfect condition within the agreed timescales. Customer service have been incredibly helpful and the sign itself is beautifully made - we can't wait to get it up on the wall!

Fuyez. Gens pas sérieux . Néon arrivé cassé et ne respectant absolument pas le fichier de design envoyé et demandé.

I’m very happy with the sign that I ordered for my daughter’s bedroom for her bedroom. It looks great, it arrived quickly, and customer services has been very helpful. I would recommend.

Ordered a very large neon sign worth over £300 and it stated 6-8 working days. Over 10 working later the order hadn’t arrived. I contacted the company and they said it would be with me next day. Didn’t arrive. I contacted again and then said next day. Again didn’t arrive so I contacted my bank and asked for a review. Surprisingly they then dispatched the item and I received it a day later but the plug was missing so I couldn’t use it anyway. They said they would dispatch it but I still haven’t received it two weeks later.

Slechte kwaliteit, loopt niet netjes naar elkaar over, slechte bedrading.

Very easy to order on the website, cheapest price out there for good quality materials, instant replies when I had questions etc. the only bad thing was it took a while to be delivered although I wasn’t in that much of a rush for it so overall very pleased with planet neon I would definitely recommend them. The sign is working and looks exactly how I ordered it so i cannot complain!

Das Schild ist sehr schön und korrekt gemacht. Es war später als angekündigt, aber Kommunikation mit staff war easy und die haben sofort reagiert und den Job rechtzeitig erledigt.

Je recommande avec grand plaisir Planet Neon.
Les produits sont de qualité, la livraison est rapide et le service client très réactif. Je repasserai très certainement commande.

J'ai payé 491.96€ mon néon et je ne peux toujours pas l'utiliser ! Je soupçonne l'entreprise de vendre des néons trop énergivores qui ne fonctionnent pas avec leur batterie !!! Planet neon devait m'envoyer une batterie de rechange que je n'ai jamais reçu. Ils ont affirmé que je l'avais reçu sauf que UPS est bien venu me faire signer un document attestant que je n'avais rien reçu.....
Depuis, plus de son, plus d'image !!
491,96€ dépensés pour rien... Mais visiblement ça ne les alarme pas !!!....
Je suis très déçue et je déconseille. C'est vraiment de l'arnaque !!!

Ordered a sign 3 weeks ago for a father’s day gift. Realistic time line as far as I could tell as 2 weeks maximum was the amount of time I was told it would take to produce and send.
After not hearing from them after 2 weeks, even though they had taken my payment, I rang them …. 4 times, with no response. I then emailed them and their reply was it would be in the post and arrive the day before Father’s Day. Of course, it didn’t arrive!
I emailed them again. No response. I emailed them again. I was told it would be in the post and sent the next day. Obviously this isn’t going to happen as I then received an email from the production team showing a mock up of our chosen design, stating we had 24 hours to confirm the design. So unless the sign is made within the next 24hours and then put on the back of a carrier pidgeon, I very much doubt we will receive it!

So disappointed with this company, 3 months later and still no sign of my actual order turning up! Hopeless! Best to avoid.
