Tiresome wait for delivery
Updated from a 1* after a month of waiting.
After some pressure on the NZ delivery agent, the item turned up.
At least probikefit were active on responding to my initial 1* rating.
So probikefit are semi redeemed, but waiting a month isn’t what i expected.

Pretty sure I’ve been scammed
Pretty sure I’ve been scammed. The order form says you won’t be charged until the order is dispatched. I’ve been charged, the order has not been dispatched. I sent a query and got back a generic reply that they’re sorry and my order has now been dispatched, but when I track my order through their tracking system it says my order has only been processed, not dispatched.

Slow delivery
The order process works fine, no complaints. Your prices are a bit excessive so i am not sure how often i will buy through ProBikeKit.
The delivery time seems extremely slow, why does it take so long. 11 days and counting

Overall a very good experience online, however I did have trouble getting the shipping address entered correctly on the payment page, assume I missed a drop down or tick box, however it wasn't obvious.

Pretty good website to use
Pretty good website to use. But not a great selection of Respro mask and filter sizes/options. I still managed to find something that will suit me, based on the experience my London-based son has had with Respro masks.

Worst experience of my life buying from Probikekit
I bought some new carbon wheels for $2,600. They indicated that the price included NZ GST. But it’s a total scam, they don’t actually pay the GST and you get hit with a heft bill when the good arrive at customs. I have gone back and forth trying to get them to sort it out but they just keep telling me to pay the GST myself and they will refund it later. I just don’t trust them to do this, so no wheels, no money and no help from Probikekit. It’s funny how a buying experience can turn from excitement and anticipation into a hellish nightmare that keeps you awake at night. Thanks probikekit. I will never every do business with you again. My advice to NZ customers, pay more and buy local it’s just not worth the pain.
Amy I have been contacting your team to resolve this issue and they have failed to address the issue so dealing with your service team is not the solution it is actually the problem.
