After some time the notebook should naturally flatten. We will take note of this and try to avoid doing so with our future orders. I am sorry to have caused any disappointment, but I hope this helps!"

Ordered two Jinhao pens and three ink samples. I am very statisfied! The order came very quickly and all was in good order, and they also threw in some sweets as a present. I will definitely buy from them again!

I purchased the Nibbler Creaper for my son's birthday. The package arrived in plenty of time, the pen is excellent, and the instruction sheet was helpful. Love the ink colours and the reasonable sample prices. Excellent service, would use again.

I just received a small parcel of ink samples, which arrived promptly, and included a free sample ink as well.
The samples were of PurePens own inks, which are all gorgeous, and seem to last longer than other inks. Reasonably priced too.

All the products were safely packed and my order was delivered very fast. The customer service was very friendly and helpful! I'm very satisfied! Thank you!

Very helpful, quick service

I am so happy that I found this website. I needed a certain pen and a certain ink and I couldn't find a shop that sold them both (And even then, one of the items was pretty expensive) I managed to get it from here from a good price! It was delivered so quickly, I was very impressed. Even the quality of the mailer they send their items in was quality. I think I've found a new favourite shop.
