**We used to actively use Trustpilot and encourage our customers to review us on it. We have now moved to Feefo. Customers can still write reviews here, but this is not as reflective of our customer experience as Feefo is the active review site we use which sees each customer we have being directly contacted and asked to review their experience with us** . We are an online retailer of pens, pencils, notebooks, inks, refills and accessories. We have been selling stationery online since 2004 and have been quite knowledgable in what we do... some might even say pen experts! We can offer engraving, fountain pen nib customisation and servicing. We are also are one of only a handful of worldwide retailers of Noodler's Ink and TWSBI pens and are real specialists in Pelikan pens.

A fantastic range of stationery…
A fantastic range of stationery products - including lots of fountain pens and inks!
Pure Pens is my go to place for everything fountain pen related.
I had a problem with just one item from many different orders (it wasn't Pure Pens' fault, more likely the manufacturer) and Amy sorted out out really quickly and efficiently.
Always very happy with this service - and postage is very fast and reliable, too!

Great service! The mail room at work hadn't told me my delivery had arrived so I thought it was missing. I mailed Pure Pens, got a very quick response with dispatch details and was able to track it down at work. Really friendly staff, great product line up.

Helpful staff and quick delivery
Very helpful when I rang in to ask for some advice before making my purchase. The advice was contrary to what I had thought, but actually was quite correct, so thanks very much, appreciated it.
Delivery was very quick and no problems with the packaging. Also nicely surprised by the extra gift in the package, thanks again!

Pleasant online shopping from afar (7k miles)
Quick turnaround time - from order to ship out though the shipping confirmation e-mail could've included the tracking number first time round. Items arrived safely. Extra layers of plastic wrap for ink bottles & vials highly recommended in case of leak whilst in transport.
