I bought a replacement shelf for Bosch fridge/freezer door. Branded Bosch, identical to the one we broke.
Website allows me to check its right for the model by code/model number.
It was cheaper & clearer than other sites.

On the 7th September, I ordered a replacement door shelf for my Hoover fridge at a cost of £35.35 incl. delivery. After waiting for around a week, I contacted them by email to seek an update on my order. I was informed they were awaiting stock from their supplier and it would be ready for despatch in a couple of day. On the 22nd September and still no order, I contacted them again and was told that it was 5 days overdue from their supplier and will despatch within 1 day as soon as it reaches their warehouse.
I was given two options;
1. wait for the stock to arrive
2. cancel for a full refund
I decided to cancel for a full refund. They informed me that a full refund will be processed.
On the 29th September I contacted them to find out when I can expect my refund, they replied telling me the incorrect refund amount of £13.99 was processed back to the original payment method I used when placing my order. This is false and I have not received any refund whatsoever and when I have tried contacting them again, they have stopped replying.
This company should be avoided at all costs. They have not refunded my money and I am left chasing them and they don't have the decency to reply. I since ordered the replacement shelf direct from Hoover Spares and had it delivered within 5 days.

It is impossible to contact the company by telephone when you cannot get an answer via the support app. My order is stuck in the pick stage of delivery and I have no way of raising the issue with company

Failed to deliver, delays etc. Agreed to cancel order as I found product elsewhere actually in stock. Promised a refund, never happened, then sent product 3 weeks later, and ignoring emails. Absolutely avoid this bunch of crooks

Wow, what a service provided along with great prices!
My Bosch dishwasher had an error code E9, which left the washed dishes cold and not clean. When investigating it was to do with the heat pump.
On a Friday afternoon I stripped the machine apart to remove the heat pump and have a look. The heating element had no continuity when tested and you could see the track was burnt, so I started looking for spares.
I came across Ransom Spares and found a heat pump at a better price than elsewhere. I decided to pay a little extra for delivery so hopefully I could install over the weekend. I also provided a note with my order, stating that a Saturday delivery would be ideal for me. The order was placed at around 3pm on Friday. I had a reply within an hour to say that they had dispatched my order. And sure enough it comes Saturday.
All fitted and the dishwasher is back to it's best.
