Terrible experience. Bar was completely liquid. First and last time purchasing from here..

I should clarify that I did not seek a remedy to the situation because I assumed based on experience of those on this site that it would not be worth my time. They called me out on it and I agreed with them but their unprofessional response confirmed my assumptions. Here is end of their e-mail to me:

"We would have happily fixed this situation for you, if you even gave a chance but it looks like your short temper and negativity and anger took over

but now. you get nothing you jerk !"

Ordered sugar free ice tea powder

Ordered sugar free ice tea powder, received wrong product. Contacted by phone (10x no call back) by emails (gmail email doesn't exist anymore) finally found an email on website that is active, took them days to reply and there final answer was no return no refund, all sales are final. Problem is they don't send the correct product.

Worst costumer service

Worst costumer service, paid $10 dollars for a special type of oreos and they replaced them with out asking or doing a price adjustment for the ones you find at Walmart for $3 also bought 5x 2oz xtreme airheads that’s (10oz) got 2x 3oz ones that’s only 6oz again no one asked me and there wa año price adjustment. Got cubalibre mentos and mr beast chocolate bars but they were loosely packed in a big box so chocolates arrive broken and mentos open, I contacted costumer service and they got back to me, when I explained the issue I never heard from them again. Also I should have read their processing time is 6 weeks!!! So you think you are getting 10 day shipping but it will take a month and a half for you to get your package.

It's been roughly 2-3 months and it still says processing. I haven't received any emails nor social media messages on confirmation or cancelation for my package, spend about $135 CAD on 5 cases of Arizona iced tea

Missing items, long wait, got all my stuff

This was a 4 week order. I placed it and it was not ready to ship for about 3 weeks after that, then I got a shipping email but it wasn't picked up for about 1 week after that (it was just before a long weekend). Once it was picked up it got here the next day which was great! When it got dropped at the door it was in a previously used Amazon box which looked like it had been thrown across the room a few times. I opened the package I got everything I ordered. 2 of my boxes had been opened and had some items stuff in them, those boxes also were supposed to contain 40 items and both had 30/35 in them. Not sure why those boxes were open to begin with, I did order a mystery snack box I got some okay stuff but it did not seem like it was worth the price of it though. It came with everything I ordered either way though but I do not think I woll be ordering again.

I wish I saw these reviews before ordering online, I ordered worth 235.88 worth of products, one week ago to be exact , no response from the email i sent out because it is no longer active!! And I think there is another website similar to this so beware! iwholesalecandycanada how do we stop these scammers online!
I requested to cancel since its not fulfilled yet see how it goes.

THIS IS AN UPDATE OF MY REVIEW:
I PLACED MY ORDER ONLINE MAY 15, and upon reading thru review thru Trustpilot, at the time i post a review, I decided to email and cancel my order, but i received no reply because the email they have on the website is not active or giving me error or some sort. JUNE 2 I RECEIVED AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION REGARDING SHIPMENT OF MY ORDER FINALLY!! and refund notification that i have a refund for 1 item I ordered, few days later I received my 3 items and expired freebies - one of the items i placed is expiring JULY, 2023 and the other one is OCTOBER 2023, which I do not bother returning cause I do not want to go thru this kind of communication no response at all! But then when you get a bad review you have the all time to respond. I've ordered multiple times thru other online retailer and it all went smooth and no hassle, In other words your business without physical stores need a lot of improvement.

Company completely got my order wrong

Company completely got my order wrong. They sent me stuff I never ordered and when I have tried to get my order rite with them. It's been 3 weeks and still haven't replied to any of my messages. This company is a scam and I'm very disappointed and someone should close these clowns down so more ppl don't loose there hard earned money

Do not order from rarecandycanada. They substitute items and are not honest about those changes. My order had chocolate bars randomly changed to different flavors and the t-shirt I paid for was sent in the wrong size. They are slow to ship, slow to respond to “tickets”, and don’t make things right. Trust pilot does not delete positive reviews, their company is just that awful….at some point you can’t keep saying that you’re a new company and that English isn’t the first language for staff, it’s just that you’re dishonest.

Didn't send me what I ordered

I ordered 9 items from the company and spent $125 on them. After having the longest back and forth with someone via, I finally got an email confirmation from them for my order. Then 6 of the 9 items in the box aren't even things I ordered, and now the company is ignoring all of my forms of contact. I'll be going through the BBB and my CC to resolve this now.

I should have listened to the one star…

Update: Rare candy Canada has continued to harass me and tried to get this review taken down stating that I never made an order (I did, and sent proof so it remains up) do not purchase from them!!

I should have listened to the one star reviews. Before I placed my order, they were very communicative.

I was looking at ordering a medium family rare surprise box for Easter for my kiddos, two Pepsi peeps and some Mr.Beast feastables.

Many places sold them, but I wanted to support a local company.

I love locally, and they offered local delivery. They assured me that they would be delivered within two days.

I also asked if it would be suitable for two kids, and if it would be two of each thing. They said "write a note that it's for two kids and we'll be sure to hook you up"

I ordered March 25th, and it was not delivered until April 6th.

I did email them the 28th, and they told me it would 100% be delivered that week, which was a lie.

On the fifth I got a "refund" for a really random amount. It was only store credit. I was in a panic, because I thought maybe the feastables were sold out.

I sent them several messages asking what the credit was for. I said that If it was for the feastables I really needed to know because Thursday was my last day to be able to replace them because I would have my kiddos with me after that until Easter.

All my messages were ignored. The feastable still show that they are in stock on their website. They continue to sell them.

To my susprise when I opened my box, there were no Mr.besst chocolate, no Pepsi peeps. It was delivered at 6pm on the Thursday. Any hopes of replacing them were gone.

It's all my kiddos asked for, they had both gone through an extremely rough time and I wanted to do something nice for them.

My $116 dollar order wound up being less than $20 in candy I could have gotten from the dollar store. A good chunk of it was tiny Halloween sized common chocolate, like twix etc.

I was shocked and heartbroken.

Total scam of a company. Save your money and support someone else.

I will be disputing the charge with my bank, as I've given them ample time to respond, and they haven't.

**Editing to add here: I've been trying to get ahold of them for weeks with no response. As soon as this review was published I got an email "Your review on trust pilot was absolutely false! We will take action!!"

Which is extremely unprofessional. There's so many other reviews like mine. There's definitely no conspiracy against them, they are just a terrible company.

FRAUDS.

This is a fraudulent website. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered over $300 dollars worth of candy for a candy-count contest for my business. Having not received any shipment tracking email 5 days after ordering, I emailed their customer service department via the email provided in the order confirmation email.

Dead end. The email doesn't exist.

I then tried the email on their website and eventually got a response from Chiara.

She said the candy that I ordered was no longer in stock as it was a novelty item as part of their Christmas offering (I placed my order in April).

She offered me alternative items, but the type of candy that I needed was very specific. Because of this, I requested my order be cancelled and a refund issued. Chiara said no problem.

DAYS later I receive a cancellation confirmation email and a "refund" by way of digital gift card.

I emailed Chiara and politely reminded her of the situation at hand - that I purchased $300 worth of candy and that I was given thin air and fake money in return. That is FRAUD.

Chiara also said that she was the person at the top of the food chain and was the best one to speak with regarding complaints. She gave me her BS spiel about how refunds were not given as per their policies. BS. Policies are man-made and can be bypassed by decision makers. Leaders of lawful companies would bypass any policy for the good of the customer, especially policies that allow for the theft of their customer's money.

As evidenced by all reviews that I've read on this website of similar experience, this is an orchestrated FRAUD.

I hope that someone with the time and money takes these guys down.

STAY AWAY..

STAY AWAY... these guys are crooks. They substitute items without your consent and the items are not even in the same family as what I ordered. Not to mention the packaging was horrible.

I did not receive my full order

I did not receive my full order. They made a substitution of their choosing which I found out when I got my order 2 weeks after i ordered. They said it was worth more and "yummy" I asked to be reimbursed for the 1 item so can buy elsewhere as it was for kids and all had to be the same and they won't replynow or give me my money back. Or send me what I ordered. Awful to deal with

I ordered specific dog food that was available at the store, but week later they canceled my order (THEY ARE NOT ME) and sent a gift card for my order money amount. I emailed that I don't need anything from them but just that dog food so please send it to me or do refund, but the answer was "we do not doing refunds, it's our policy " .
What a joke! So that's mean that they took my money, didn't provide with product and forcing to buy something I don't need from their store.

Random japanese can... crap

I ordered a box or random japanese candy supposedly worth 50$ but there barely anything there, a meager pocky stick box, 2 crappy water juices, a tiny energy drink can (shouldnt even be classified as soda or candy) and 1 marshmallow. Hoora, yipee, what a load of crap.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

Ordered a box of American raisin bran crunch(rare/not able to buy here in local stores in Canada) and received two boxes of extremely common Canadian raisin bran(which I will donate to my local food bank) As you can see on other reviews they have this "substitution policy" where they claim "Rare Candy Canada will provide an alternative that they feel is similar in product quality, size, and type" they switched a rare cereal for a common one, so that is what they consider equal in quality. Don't waste your money here and I recommend reading the other reviews! I wouldn't have order anything if I had seen these reviews sooner.

Update: I did email you guys the moment after I opened my package, 9:04 p.m (3/28/2023) and still haven't received a reply. Please don't shift the blame to your workers, I have friends/family who don't speak English as a primary language and they are quite capable at thier work.

This was a rather disappointing experience. I ordered 20 sour smurfs on March 5th, but when I got the package there wasn't a single one of my order, but rather replacements of the original order. Despite this, on their website they still claim that it is available for order, which is bizarre as I was unable to get a single package. There were no additional messages regarding this and my son was very disappointed due to this. As an individual who runs a business, I am shocked at how they cannot figure out their own stock and I advise any individual who wishes to order candy online to stay away from this website.
