Ordered a nice fire pit dining table, the quality of the rattan was the best I'd seen, I visited the shop twice to be sure what I wanted and the customer service from the shop was great, delivery was a breeze and I had great communication from the warehouse team, I was given a delivery day and assured I'd get a call 30 minutes to a hour before which I did, highly recommend this garden furniture, the fire pit when lit is amazing even in the winter evenings, will definitely be ordering some more items for the summer, thanks for a great service

Absolutely brilliant furniture and company they kept the communication going with delivery date and can’t fault them to be fair. The set arrived within 9 day by two very polite couriers.

I had the Rhodes Champagne 2 seater sofa set and is a gorgeous colour. Where it says there’s some assembly for the table, well ours was fully built. The cushions are really thick and well padded although we’ve not sat on them yet due to it being November!

The sad part for me was the parasol being out of stock.

I visited the shop three times before I made the decision to purchase. On the 2nd visit I changed my mind on the initial furniture I originally choose and I came back on the 3rd visit to make the purchase. Each time I visited I was always welcomed by Hamza and always found him very helpful. The delivery service was great and everything looks how it should be. Great quality furniture and great service, throughly recommended.

We purchased a five seater & coffee table set, the service by Hamza was excellent allowing us to view their stock and answering questions when needed. The delivery was within 5 days they removed all packaging & took it away, again both deliverers service was excellent. Would definitely purchase from this company again.

Purchased 8 seater table with firepit. Was delivered within 5 days of purchase- quality of furniture is excellent and so was the service received from Viki and his colleague who arranged the delivery, arrived exactly on time and then built the furniture in the garden. Nothing was too much trouble for Viki who even moved the old set for me and removed the cardboard - 100% recommend

Bought another 2 garden sets again this year April and June.
Quality furniture and service wouldn’t use anyone else.

Initially not satisfied with the table construction (diy) but was totally impressed by the customer service response. The chairs are very comfortable and so far the set has been perfect. The cover is very efficient and has kept it clean and dry. One of my cats is delighted to climb underneath and sleep uninterrupted by my dogs but outside in the fresh air on my chairs! 🤣

I purchased furniture set last year and still excellent condition then ordered again this year but changed mind and company was very understanding, excellent customer service a d easy to speak to, i will definately be ordering again thank you

We have just received our Champagne Curved Sofa Set with fire pit and could not be happier. The set arrived with us in North Wales in just over one week and is of the very highest quality. It really is perfect! But the best bit by far was the service we received from Paul Brightman the Managing Director who could not have been more attentive, responsive and helpful to us from start to finish. Thanks very much Paul. If we could give more than 5 stars, then we would!!

Definitely would recommend this company and its products. I originally ordered through Amazon but was immediately contacted by Jane and told that it was no longer available through them. So I then was given link to go onto Rattan Garden Furniture website where I placed order and everything went through with easy transaction. Jane stayed in contact with me through the transaction and went over and beyond. I greatly appreciate her help and friendliness.
The furniture came in the time expected and we are very happy with the quality of the furniture.

Ordered my new summer house furniture which I thought was very reasonably priced. It came within 2-3 weeks,
Once it was delivered my son took receipt of delivery as I was in work he had to un pack the boxes outside as it would not fit through the gate, once unpacked he left it in the summer house for myself to deal with when I got home.
I unravelled all the cling film protecting it, to find one of the legs very badly damaged .
I emailed the following day, had a swift reply and they arranged a replacement frame to be sent asap.
The new frame arrived less than 2 weeks later . The delivery men helped take the damaged frame out and put the new frame in.
All in all I am very happy with the service , the furniture itself is well made and beautiful. Swapped over without any hassle whatsoever.
Would definitely recommend ur company. One happy customer.
The furniture is staying indoors in the summerhouse so hopefully will last.

Poor quality furniture, all chairs were "wonky" and a few parts were missing. They said they would send out replacements but then they said replacements had gone to other customers, so the MD told us to lean on the chairs in order to straighten them, we refused so they agreed to a refund.

Visited the store in Romford to view some furniture we had seen online. The member of staff we saw was extremely helpful but not at all pushy. We made our selection and the order arrived 10 days later. The courier kept us informed so we knew when he would be arriving. All in all, great service and would 100% recommend.

We went into the Romford Branch Showroom on Sunday 29/6/25 to view the garden sets. The staff were really helpful with information but not pushy. We made a final decision on the set we wanted in the evening of 29th June and ordered the set online. Not only is their website really easy to order it also has a chat advice line available which we used and this was excellent. We were contacted by the company the next day to discuss a delivery date. The furniture was delivered 3rd July 2025. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING from the viewing, ordering and the speed of the delivery. With regards to the Barnabus fire pit corner sofa set we ordered the quality and overall look is perfect. We recently had an horrendous experience with a different company so was wary but the fact that Rattan Garden Furniture Ltd have the showrooms so visually you see in person the furniture and then the online availability and assistance from the chatline together with the quality and speed of delivery definitely would recommend using this company.

Excellent customer service.We contacted them as our table had developed a few flaws after 3 years which was within our 5 year guarantee.
We received a prompt, polite response requesting photos and were informed a replacement would be arranged.
Within 2 weeks and it would have been quicker if we had been able to take delivery , we have a new table.
We are delighted and would highly recommend this company
