Thankyou for all your help with our rattan corner set. Absolutely looks great on our pattio. We had a slight issue with the colour on one of the cushions so i got in touch and within 2 hours Paul the MD got in touch. The following day a complete new set got delivered.Now thats what i call a proper service.

Very good advice and service, we went to buy a fire pit dining set, the time and attention given to us was superb, good old fashioned customer service, Josh I must say was excellent, Paul also gave us some great tips, we were very impressed. Hi I bought a patio set from Rattan Gardens. When it arrived I had to build it as it came flat packed. I thought it would come fully built. It did not come with parasol and base. So extra cost. When the base came it was the wrong one so sent it back to find out they don't do the one I wanted. Got a refund. Girl Jemma was so helpful through out the process. Think before you buy.!!!

Plenty of variety and the staff were lovely and very knowledgeable. My delivery has been booked to suit my convenience with no problems. Would recommend!

On Saturday we met Jemma, Once she understood what we wanted she showed us some options and left us to go away to think about our purchase. No sales pressure. We thought we would prefer to place our order with Jemma even if we found what we wanted elsewhere.

We viewed another Rattan specialist and returned home. On Sunday we phoned Jemma, placed our order and paid. Monday was a bank holiday when I received a text offering to deliver on the next day - Tuesday.

As promised the chairs arrived.

My wife has a new area to sit in the garden to read one of her many books.

Brilliant service couldn’t do enough

Customer service from day order placed to furniture arriving has been exceptional. The MD Paul was in touch the weekend I placed the order online even although the business was closed as it was later in the evening.

We thought we had been given the wrong furniture this morning, however this wasn't the case we were just a little confused about putting it together! When I called the head office in Essex I spoke with a very helpful and friendly member of staff. I think her name was Cheryl. She asked me to photograph the furniture and that the team would be in touch. Minutes later the MD emailed me to say we had put the corner sofa around the wrong way.

The furniture is of excellent quality and easy to assemble. Delivery was fast and efficient.

Don't hesitate to buy your furniture here. Every experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Thank you Paul and team for all the efforts from start to finish. Amazing customer service and care👏.

Well pleased with the garden dining furniture, we had to wait a little longer than advertised but it was well worth the wait, the customer service was excellent responding to my queries very quickly and although we had to compromise on the shape of the table ( the suppliers didn't send any round tables) the boss phoned me to explain and suggested a square table which we accepted, all in all an excellent service from a great company that cares!

Lovely garden set - and the company bent over backwards to get it to us for the Easter weekend. Made the weekend!!! Highly recommended product and service.

we were amazed at the huge choice. The salesman Josh was very helpful helping us to choose a new table and chairs. He made the purchase quite easy and helped us on the price and delivery. An altogether satisfactory experience.

I went to the showroom on Easter Monday having been trawling the internet for rattan garden furniture for weeks. I'm only 20 mins away from Romford and didn't know the place existed....and as luck would have it there was a 30% discount!!
I bought the Champagne Chiara compact corner set with rising table.
I am delighted with the furniture. It came ready assembled except for one end piece which required 6 bolts which were supplied.
Not quite sure why the bigger sofa came fully assembled and not the smaller one...had to take the front door off it's hinges to get the bigger one through....delivery didn't arrive until 7.45pm. Delivery people were lovely but they obviously had another delivery to do and fortunately my neighbour had space in her garage to store it til the next day.
I've had the furniture for 5 days and fortunately also bought the cover as it's been raining!
1. Brilliant furniture - really comfortable. Much higher seating than most online. (I have a dodgy back and need to be upright). Quality product and the showroom is brilliant to be able to sit on and try out so many.
2. Delivery came in 3 days as agreed but very much later in the day than expected with no delivery updates - which was very frustrating. Probably because of the sale. Think there must have been a disconnect between the warehouse and deliverers. I did have a call back from the warehouse however to assure me that it was coming!
3. I made the sale with Dave but Josh welcomed us into the store. We were not rushed or pushed at any point to make a decision. I'd like to thank them both.
4. Do not buy this product unless you can take hinges off a standard sized door or have side access.
5. Wish I could attach a pic so you could see!!

Purchased a Rattan Cube dining set. Details and images on the website were good and clear, which was helpful in confirming sizes etc. By time got to buying the set the prices had increased. However, once contacted, they honoured the original price.
Did contact them to find out about delivery details and got a prompt and helpful response from the MD, even though it was Easter Monday, which was encouraging. Furniture arrived safe and sound with good communication from the couriers, and the furniture looks great and feels like good quality. Felt like a reassuring company to deal with.
