Amazing customer service, my patio heater stopped working after 12 months. Called them and a new burner sent out immediately. Will now not go anywhere else. Highly recommended to friends and family.

Searched for hours on the internet to buy my first rattan garden furniture. Understandably hesitant so decided to speak to retailers. Contacted Rattan Garden Furniture on three occasions, each time the phone was answered promptly, politely, patiently answering all my questions. I have to say I experienced brilliant customer service! Decided to make the purchase now waiting for furniture to arrive however I have the confidence to believe it will be first class and if there any issues I can contact them directly. So pleased there are still retailers who talk to their customers, thank you 🙏

They had a great range of gardening furniture and was of very high quality. The salesman was extremely helpful in assisting us to choose our purchase by explaining the different options available with regards to the various styles and colours and the mix and match options.

We went out today looking for garden furniture, our first stop was to Rattan Garden Furniture and it was our last! No need to go elsewhere! We were so impressed with the quality of their products and so many rangers to look at! Didn’t take us long to decide, can’t wait for our delivery before Easter (so quick, that’s amazing!) their salesman Josh, a great guy, he talked us through the products and got us 20% of the price 🤩 he was very professional & helpful! Highly recommend!

Great service from beginning to end...
From our first visit to their Romford showroom we was greeted by Dave who had a friendly/professional approach and although he admitted he hadn't worked for the company for long, he was able to provide us with all the information we needed, either in the showroom or by follow up calls afterwards.
On delivery, we experienced a few issues, but 5 stars is still deserved as Dave and Paul's approach in getting it rectified, going above and beyond and living up to their promises.
Thank you to both Dave and Paul for providing a high standard in professionalism and 5 star customer service after care.

The staff at the showroom showed us different type of outdoor and the different in quality. They ended up making a sale because of their professionalism. Very good customer care.

We had seen the rattan garden set on the website and went to the shop to view it. Dave the salesman was really helpful. He measured the table for me to make sure that it would fit under our pergola. He was very knowledgeable about the product. Everything is manufactured to a very high standard. Would thoroughly recommend this company, and thanks Dave for all your help.

What can I say?! Absolutely outstanding service from the minute I placed my order to the finished product being delivered to my caravan in a remote village in West Wales and assembled expertly and promptly.
The product itself (I ordered the cube set) was of very high quality and was exceptionally good value for money. The parasol is sturdy and withstands the strong coastal winds we experience there! The set is very comfortable and the footstools are a good addition but ca also be used as additional seating.
A special shout out goes to Paul Brightman,whose professionalism and exceptional customer care knows no bounds. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and all email enquiries were dealt with promptly and thoroughly, leaving no stone unturned. He clearly cares a lot about his business but more so about the customer, which is a rarity these days.
Don't bother looking anywhere else, as this is as outstanding as it gets!!!!

Ordered a corner sofa set and fire pit, amazing can't express how happy I am, from calling the shop and ordering over the phone to the warehouse team sorting delivery and overall making the experience great, I've ordered before and thought I was just lucky to have a great service, but this company really does go above and beyond with there customer service from beginning to end, i will be looking to order again for the summer I've see some egg chairs I've got my eye on, highly recommend thanks very much for a great service
