Great service in shop when you giving money very poor after service with delivery said if ordered today get tomorrow between 9-6 will be phoned hour before delivery got to 5.30 no call contact shop absolutely no help saying will be today did actually arrive at 7.20 pm but not full delivery not drivers fault at all he actually took time out of his own day to go get it and deliver it can’t thank the delivery man enough very nice man as for staff at Romford shop very rude and unhelpful

Terrible service, I had to go to the store because the delivery was missed, I did not receive a phone call or an email. When I rang the store to chase it up, I was told to email to rearrange a delivery, which I was annoyed at as it was their mistake. If I did not go to the store I would still be waiting for the delivery. I was going to buy a lounger but not anymore.
The order was placed under my partners name that is what you cannot find it on your records.

Ordered a rattan firepit table. Had an issue with the courier but this was sorted promptly by the team at Rattan Garden Furniture who kept me informed at every stage and I’m delighted with the purchase. I am sometimes dubious about online orders but I would 100% recommend this company.

After looking around the internet for many hours, I decided to buy the Platinum Tokyo Rectangular 6-Seat Aluminum Rattan firepit set and cover from this company. And wow, unbelievable quality and service I received! Kevin and the delivery team were outstanding. The table and chairs are very well made and are strong and solid. Upon delivery, a couple of bits were missing, but Kevin went out of his way to make sure they were sent to me the very next day, and they arrived without fail. Thank you, Rattan Garden Furniture Ltd., for the excellent service and excellent product; we are very happy with our purchase. What great service received Dave in the store took plenty of time to show us all the different styles of garden tables and chairs and after picking the one we wanted arrange delivery which was amazingly quick . The delivery driver carried all the furniture into the garden and put it where we wanted it . What more can I say great service and great prices .

After being let down by another patio furniture company last Friday we placed an order with Rattan Garden Furniture Ltd. However we needed a fast delivery so called them, they confirmed with the driver he could deliver on Monday, and we had a call on the Monday with an ETA of when the delivery was made. The drivers were very helpful, placed the well packaged furniture in the garden, and we signed for the delivery, The quality of the furniture, firepit and cushions was excellent. However, there were no fixings or instructions in the box, so called them on the Monday to advise. They apologised and sent out replacement fixings and instructions in the post. Nothing was too much trouble, whether you communicate on the phone, email or live chat, they are very quick at replying. Excellent service from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Their furniture is great quality and looking forward to the sunshine to enjoy our new furniture set.Thankyou Kevin and the team :)

Received my garden furniture yesterday and it looks great. So happy and thanks to Kevin and his team for dealing with my issue which turned out not to be an issue after all just a packaging error. Just need the sunshine ☀️ now in Scotland. Thanks again.

We have made 4 separate purchases so far from this company. We bought 1 x bistro set, 1 x 6 seater round table with fire pit set, 1 x large corner sofa set with fire pit table, and the double hanging chair. All matching. All looks absolutely stunning.
Nothing was ever a problem with these guys, especially Kevin who was extremely helpful. Even when one of the deliveries turned up in the wrong colour, even after it was built, they accepted the mistake and replaced it with another brand new set without any quibble.
I highly recommend this company. If your thinking about getting something from this company you can buy from them rest assured you will not get a problem.
