Misleading App Information and Zero Advance Notice
I use your app almost every month to book round-trip tickets between Singapore and Times Square. However, this time after I purchased the ticket, I was only informed right before boarding that the bus would terminate at TBS instead of Times Square.
If the destination is no longer Times Square, then why is your app still selling tickets that clearly state Times Square as the drop-off point? This is extremely misleading.
What’s worse is the complete lack of advance notification. I was only told at the counter when exchanging the ticket. This left me with no time to make proper arrangements. You should be aware that arriving at TBS in the middle of the night means there is no public transport available, and passengers are forced to take Grab. At that point, taking a flight from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur would have made more sense than using your service.
The most unacceptable part is that your app continues to display and sell Times Square as the destination, even though the bus no longer goes there. This is effectively deceiving customers. I am extremely disappointed and expect this to be addressed seriously.
Appalling service
I purchased tickets through redBus and the experience was extremely poor. The voucher was meant to be delivered within 15–30 minutes, but after waiting four hours (which disrupted our plans), I had to call them. They promised to sort it out and call me back, but never did. I had to ring again and insist they stay on the line until the tickets were finally emailed.
The customer service was appalling, the in-app support was unusable, and we had to try multiple phone numbers before finally reaching someone. Buyer beware!

Beware of additional charges
Reschedule a ticket at an additional cost but the booking remain the same as the initial booking, customer support cannot resolve my issue and only say they will resolve within 24 hours but after 1 week still no response, in the end i had to get another ticket which means i paid 3 times for the trip, in the end they just stat no technical issue on their side and refuse to resolve the issue. If no technical issue on their side means they are just scamming, they basically just told you you can reschedule and charge you additional and give you the same ticket.

Worst and FAKE site. Booked Sunset cruise at langkawi but no message from operator and boat left without pickup. FRAUD SITE please dont book any attractions , hotels or seats.

Horrible services, their app always get issues, always unable continue when make payment and after when you click again, they made for wrong date (chose the same day i booked) and make me lost money, but their customers service didn't want to do anything for me, only can call, you can't reach them via online chat, email, even i had booked through their website and they also sound a bit mean, i feel so disappointed, redbus provide such horrible service and because of their app bugs never improved
Malaysians paying tourist price
We are Malaysians, we booked ferry tickets for 02 from kuala Kedah to Langkawi return. Paid 192.40 without realizing that we could have booked direct on the CUTI CUTI Langkawi app n paid only 68.00 return (senior citizen rate). Feel so cheated . Overpaid so much. There should be a provision advising Malaysians that this pricing is for tourists and not Malaysians.

Don't know why all the reveiws are so bad. I used it during my travels in Malaysia, from KL to Malacca, then Ipoh, Penang etc. The buses came on time and were pretty decent, sometimes the deals are better at 12go asia tho

Bad! I booked Transtar but got grassland instead! Disappointed! And bus drove further by 40minutes so to and fro we wasted 1 hour plus.

Like their website and reserving a ticket was easy and hassle-free. They have good connections, and the price was reasonable.
Total scam, they won't refund you
I bought a ticket to Singapour with a cancellation / refund insurrance.
There is NO WAY to contact Redbus at ALL if you want to ask anything.
No email, to phone number, no online tool works in order to let you cancel your ticket and/or just to ask a question.
I tried to contact 4 different phone number and NOBODY wanted to help me with this matter.
I paid for extra insurance, but I couldn't get any refund because their service is 0/10

Find out my bus cancel 15 minutes before depart from counter ticket. They already inform redbus about cancellation more than 24 hours but theres no email for me? They responded because of double shift so got miscommunication.

WORST SERVICE EVER!
I booked a bus for 2.30am on the 20th of February. The bus hadnt arrived even by 3.45am. I tried calling redbus - no answer. In fact the call option on the app disappeared completely. Then I tried calling the bus company - no answer. I took videos of me at the location highlighting the time to use in case of a dispute over the refund (there should not have been as I paid extra for a no questions asked refund guarantee) and left. On the way home I finally get a call from the bus operator that the bus has arrived and that I am being considered as "Did not board". It was 4.00am. I told him where he could stick it as I was by then. Thanks to redbus and its horrible suppliers I missed a job interview in Singapore and to top it all off Redbus took the side of the bus operator and refused my refund. I also had a return ticket from Singapore which I had paid extra for a refund guarantee. When I tried to cancel it on the app and on the website redbus did not allow me. I called them and informed them of this and they said they would refund me. GUESS WHAT - same story - the operators has classified me as did not board. Redbus are monsters and you should NEVER EVER EVER use them.

Actually i buy a ticket on 9:30 am from redbus Pasir gudang to kamunting its worth of rm86 something. And then at the bus station i print out the ticket. Then the staff give DDQ6666 number plat of the bus which is STAR MART BUS. Then the time will 9:40 ready the DDQ6666 bus not come. Then i ask at counter they told me to take the another number plate of bus. I dont remember the bus number acutally i think start with A something. So its not my problem. So at the day i didnt attend the bus. They waste my money and they didnt refund too. Very irresponsible . And then the star mart bus driver also very tereible and irresponsible.
