I WILL DEFINITELY NOT GONNA TAKE RED BUS ANYMORE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. ITS BECAUSE I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH RED BUS AND THE SYSTEM. THE INFO THAT THEY STATED ON THE TICKET IS NOT HELPFUL FOR THE PASSENGER. IT WRITTEN THAT THE BUS WILL REACH AT 1PM, BUT ACTUALLY THE SUPERNICE BUS REACHED AT 3PM, SO I MISSED MY SECOND BUS WHICH I BOOKED AT 3PM TO CAMERON. WHAT A STUPID ANSWER THAT THE OPERATOR GAVE ME IS UNACCEPTABLE ANSWER. SHE SAID THE BUS DRIVER REACHED AT 2.30PM ???? SO JUST DO NOT PRACTICE TO REFUND MONEY TO THE CUSTOMER..YOUR SIDE CAN GIVE A STUPID REASONS ALWAYS TO THE CUSTOMER??? .I DON'T MIND WITH THAT MONEY AT LAST BUT I AM REALLY CANNOT ACCEPT THE AGENT / OPERATOR ANSWER TO ME !!! I booked a online ticket from TBS to Bukit Mertajam on 13/6/2023 and intended to travel 2359 hrs on 13/6/2023.. bit I was accidently booked travel on 14/6/2023 2359 hrs.
I've realized the mistake
i did on 2100 hrs 13/6/2023 and I tried to reschedule it immediately. But,bi did not succeeded after numerous attempt I made through the apps as well redbus.my. the reschedule indicated error message even after the call support person advised me on this matter..so I had to buy a ticked again to complete my journey. I'm 62 yrs old person had no remedy to be rectified on this matter.

the refundable ticket is actually NOT REFUNDABLE. I tried to call customer support to complain as my refund was rejected after filling up the refund form. I called the customer service, but nobody was there to assist. And I was trying to send an email to them, but the email was rejected due to an incorrect email address.

I'm so disappointed in redbus. I've been using redbus for two years,and I often have to take the bus because I'm in college. In my previous experience, those who buy refundable tickets can get their own refund immediately, but from this year after cancelling the order, we can't get our refund, why? Does your company promise 100% refund to customers is just a scam? When the bus ticket is already very expensive, the customers are willing to pay more money to buy the 100% refund ticket, just because they are afraid of encountering a lot of emergencies, which is impossible to predict in advance. But why as customers, we spend more money to buy the 100% refund guarantee but we do not get what we should get? Based on the title 100% so we purchase it by extra charges but we don't get the expected refund?I really think that spend more money and will get the refund when we cancel is our consumer's rights. We need to go through a lot of application procedures and provide valid evidence to prove that why we cancel the tickets. if the evidence provided is insufficient or does not meet the requirements they will disqualify you from getting a refund. If like this, we are no need to spend extra money to buy refundable tickets because it is just a waste of money and meaningless. What redbus do is basically cheating the consumers. Hope redbus will improve this issue in the future to avoid losing all the customers who trust your company.
