If there is no star i would hv gvn it tht. This site is a scam!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. There is no support no one answers the number provided. Even the bus company cannot help with the booking. Its a scam! My ticket is tmrw and i stl get the error page today. No one i can call oe message for help. I tried both the app and on the website. Booked the ticket a week ago and I still get error page until today. No one can help me

WORST customer experience, bus run away and driver shouting at the passenger
This is the WORST customer experience I had in my life. Me and my sister took a ride from KL to JB by Transnational Bus on Sep 23, 9pm KL Time zones. The seat is very discomfortable and the driver attitude is very bad. We reached Yong Peng at 00:20am, the bus driver didnt inform properly and clearly whether it is a dropoff for Yong Peng passenger or stopby for rest room. When I found out something is wrong, I quickly raised my voice and told the driver to stop. As my sister is in the toilet and the dropofff is not than 2 mins. However, the driver shout and yelling at me that why we are not informing earlier. The attitude is certainly unacceptable.
Point 1:The driver should take the responsibility to inform the message clearly to avoif this kind of situation.
Point 2;The driver shouldnt blame the fault to orhers.
Point 3: As a customer service line, the driver shouldn't yelling at the customer.
Please give me a reasonable resoonse upon this matter.
Hidden charges
Hidden charges. Buying online but still requiring you to print from ticketing counter. Ticketing counter forcefully charging rm2 to print. If you choose to not print, can't use the ticket. What nonsense.

I have been scammed twice as the bus suppose is from Singapore to JB Checkpoint as didn't really came. I felt that they should refund back to me and stop scamming people around them.

I took Sri Theven Travel & Tour bus from TBS. The travel bus pick up us at TBS late from the time fixed. After pick up the stopped a bit far away from TBS almost one and half hour and also nobody around,only few passengers inside bus with frustration. I read all bad reviews in google website about these travel but why this travel still in redbus website???? They want to make their bus full of passengers and wasting our time for their own unreasonable purpose???

Booked a bus from George town to KL. Bus was over booked, so we couldn't get on. Then was forced to wait over two hours for another bus and buy a more expensive ticket.
Unprofessional staff
Poor behaviour and lack of problem solving skills of staff & driver. Bought a one way bus ticket from KLIA2-KL Sentral online. Yes it is stated in the email to print the pass at the counter before departure. My flight arrival time got delayed is out of my control, but I still managed to arrive at the counter 5mins early from bus's departure time. And then counter people scold me say I'm late. the driver asked me to get on board (because got empty seats), but I had to wait till the counter print my pass which took time until the driver almost drove away with my luggage inside. i couldnt just leave the counter cuz she had my phone to refer the booking confirmation email to print. So yea. I managed to get on board on initial time bought but the driver was pissed. Sad experience, oh and the driver said jangan beli online. And that I will do. Wont use redbus service ever again.

Shoddy app and website and shady business practices. Booked a ticket (KL to Larkin-JB, 10am 22 September 2022) and paid extra for cancellation refund. Terms and conditions stated that I can cancel anytime before departure. Tried calling and keying in my ticket details only for system to state that there was no ticket ID. Customer service only picked up my calls after the departure time had elapsed. Looking forward to suing them at Consumer Tribunal

I just recently speak with one of their agent namely "Deen" very rude and kept on interrupting what I’m going to say. Used "bodoh and India kurang ajar" PLEASE TEACH YOUR AGENTS TO HAVE A PROPER ETIQUETTE OF TALKING TO CUSTOMERS!!
Cancellation/ Reschedule policy
Booking the bus from Singapore - Malaysia and need to reschedule since I have family issues. I tried to call Redbus immediately but couldn’t reach them. The line was always dropped. So I needed to book the new ticket after the previous ticket 2 hours.
I just can reach Redbus via call when I arrived KL. After checking, they said that if I want to reschedule I need to do so before 12 HOURS and if I would like to cancel the ticket I need to do that 3 HOURS before the journey.
It’s ridiculous as I attempted to find the assist from them when I cancelled the ticket on the app. Also, how I cannot reschedule 1 hours before the journey if I have unexpected problem like that? We always need to plan everything before 3 HOURS based on this ridiculous policy??? Even I tried to explain for the agent in the CS line that I have unexpected issues but she still insisted that we need to follow the Redbus policy.
The worst CS I ever had. Thanks Redbus for creating this policy.

I am so disappointed with their customer service. I claimed for a refund because I need to change the date for my ticket. I tried to reschedule but the ticket is not available and can’t be rescheduled. After submitting my request for refund, my request was denied with no explanation or reasonable reason. I wanted to send an email to pursue this matter further,but the email address they provided is not found! I was exasperated. The ticket bus is not cheap. It cost me RM50, and they don’t have any courtesy to reach out to me, and just let my money went to waste. I am so disappointed.

Bad service. Bus from JB to Putrajaya in 20th June stopped at Kulai to pick up passengers and stopped at Seremban and KLIA to drop them off. Reached Putrajaya at 6.30pm, way past the posted time of 5pm. Bus company is Southern. Never buy from red bus again

Their refundable option is a scam , they wont refund .. when i call customer service they had block my number even after using another phone. They blocked it as well. Unhelpful. I was left stranded on the streets and i had wasted money on 4 extra tickets just because of redbus ! Dont ever book from redbus

Booked and paid extra for a 100% refundable option, which as we have now gotten to know is not possible.
1. you need a certification of a doctor that you really were not able to travell
2. they only can refund to some particular banks, unfortunately not any of ours

You buy a ticket with these, then still have to buy a boarding pass at the bus station
