Worst bus :- Saidhan neeta holiday travels

We had booked bus tickets in Saidhan Neeta Holiday bus, we got the SMS with vehicle number, and at the end moment bus changed - name was SAI VIBHUTI & bus no- 1900 & we was supposed to depart from shridi at 10.30 pm but bus driver was doing time pass n filling passengers till 12 there only & services are not good , AC was not working , staff was rude & main issue not recommend for kids n ladies because they haven't taken washroom hualt also, as they was recovering that time which they was wasting to find & filling the bus with passengers. Customer Harassment Issue..

Customer Harassment Issue... I supposed to travel a bus which I booked through redbus with registered no is 977****508.
On that day(16-Jun-19) I was on bus stand at 10 PM and I had wait for 3.5 hours for a bus. I tried to call several times to the bus operator, Bus driver and Redbus team as well.
Operator was saying that we are coming in next 20 Minutes or next 30 minutes, he was just trying to make me fool.
I called redbus customer care and they suggested me to wait for sometime, but no bus came to us.
Its a terrible experience with redbus, that day my sister and my wife had with me and I was waiting for a bus in a horrible bus stand in Rishikesh.
Very next day I called your customer care and asked for refund and Today (26-Jun-19) they are saying we are still working on it..:-) Its has been already 10 days and I didn't receive a single mail from redbus side. Several times I tried to get in touch with senior person but your customer care said that they will arrange a call back with in an our, but no one called me.

The worst service ever ! DO NOT USE IT

The worst service ever ! We did not even find the bus that we booked online. It was 10pm in Ollaytantambo, Peru and we had to arrange for another bus. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THERE ARE BUSES THERE MUCH CHEAPER AND RELIABLE.
After contacting the service all we got as response "Good afternoon, we have finally received the response from Bus Pedro. According to their report, they assure us that both passengers arrived to make the trip, for this reason, it is not possible to make the requested refund.
" --> In conlusion they are thiefs.

---> Update : We got a refund after emailing redbus.

I had worst experience with Redbud…

I had worst experience with Redbud application today. I booked one bus with reservation from Pune to nasik and bus didn't come at the location. Every time I asked every bus that is this yours bus reservation but every bus was not ready to pick me. And I had to pay again by own and travel to nasik. They have not given any option to refund or cancel ticket at that time.

Disappointing and terrible service!!

Hello,
It was really disappointing and upsetting act from the bus owner - as they didn’t even show up and didn’t even have the courtesy to inform us that the bus is cancelled . Even after calling the travel hub -the bus owner (atleast 20+times ) , no one was answering . We waited for a reply for 3 hours in the bus station . We even called redBus and they couldn’t help us as they said it’s not in their hands .
Our whole planning got spoiled and it ended up in booking an alternative bus with double the price . Who will pay for all my losses ?
And now i'm calling red bus on daily basis for refund ! terrible service! will never book through redbus again !

I booked return ticket Rs.1500 on…

No reschedule or no atleast 75% refund from redBus or Kallada Travels:
1st time I used redBus app so I'm not sure about their tricky cheating rules.
No email working,
No boarding point phone no. Working,
On kallada travels's ticket sent.
Also customer care no. On redBus not working
redBus app is entirely built to cheat middle class people
I booked return ticket Rs.1500 on Wednesday for kallada travels from Trivandrum on redBus app on monday but unfortunately I happen to stay for 1more day and so I requested on Wednesday morning for reschedule to next day on Thursday Evening.
I requested redBus app it showed ticked can't be cancelled or rescheduled should be done before 24hrs.
I contacted kallada travels there I received answer : "since I booked via redBus ticket can't be rescheduled or cancelled, if you booked via kallada Travels website there is a chance" also he gave me main office phone no. When I called main office there is no response.
How come they can't refund or rescheduled That huge amount of Rs.1542.50
How these people cheat common people
I request don't use redBus app or kallada travels
How consumers be helped from these type of cheaters.

Worst app seen in my life the payment…

Worst app seen in my life the payment gatways was failed then also they deducted from my acount at that time duration i feel that the tickets hasn't booked so i used my paytm for ever app and made my booking successfully and still they haven't made my refund fraud redbus fraud redbus the useless app ever seen before my mo. 7817817820 contact me for any kind of questions!!??? Fraud redbus. And the same bus was available in paytm 200rs less than redbus rate. Plz friends only use paytm they r fraud

I booked a ticket 7 days back and paid through Google Pay. The money was debited from my account but the booking was failed. Then I had to contact their customer care and tell regarding the issue. The customer care service is also so bad that numbers of times the call if be not connected and will be disconnected. And when it is ringing you have to wait for half an hour for them to pick the call. It was then when they initiated the refund. If I had not approached them then they would not have bothered about it because I did not even get a single mail from them regarding this. So I would first of all ask you guys not to book with them or else if you happen to book if there is no refund try calling the customer care. I did also put the issue in their app. They mentioned after a day that the issue is checked and the refund is initiated from their site and just closed the issue. How can they do this? May be their functionality is so where once it is done from their end they just close is. But is that the way it has to happen??? Aren't they suppose to keep you informing what is the status now and then. Because it is our money and we are in need it doesn't mean we have to approach every now and then. What if it was some huge amount? What if the person is in urgent need of booking tickets and no money left in his wallet anymore to book? I do not want any reply message from your side for asking sorry or anything because you guys have already did it and I do not want to here it again and again. Do not tell me that its the issue from bank. And if it is so then it is your responsibility to keep a track with bank and pressurize it. If possible try to make your refund team strong if you have one. You can't keep somebody's refund for so long. I will definitely not recommend your site for booking. Nobody will wish to do so if this is the condition. Please come up with the solution if possible rather then promising to do it as soon as possible and also do not reply me with your all time response which says "Greetings from redBus!!

If you value your life and value your time never use Red Bus, super unprofessional , will ruin your vacation by driving at a super slow pace, and guess what icing on top is the driver kept on closing his eyes while driving , looking at his eyes anyone could have guessed that he didn't sleep for last 48hrs atleast.how can they even let such drivers drive s full of family with kids and risk everybody's life. Even though we asked him to wash his face several times he chose to ignore us. The bus was very dirty and full of mosquitoes. Basically overall rating will be 1 out of 10. We were greatful that we reached our venue safely

Redbus is not deserve even for one star but without giving star it is not accepting to write review.

It is worthless service

I booked a ticket from Ongole to Naidupeta for 14th Apr 2019. I called 13th they assured it will come on time 14 the morning same and 2hours from arrival same reply before 10 min time they told with ten min it will come but after arrival time was over they were telling service was cancelled and given their DM no.that person was disconnected my 4 to 5 times and replyed we already informed it is not their mistake.finally red customer care people telling they will take feed and saying sorry.

Even mistake was from their side amount not refunded fully
Guys don't book tickets from redbus.

They don't deserve even a single star. They sold us a ticket on a bus leaving Chandigarh to go to Haridwar. The timing stated by them was 11;30pm. Upon reaching the bus stand, we discovered that they operated from the side of the street outside the bus stand. Also, we were told, this bus is never on time. We waited for two hours without any sign of the bus. Finally, we left that desolate, creepy street to return home. The support staff at this outfit tried to act supportive but had absolutely no information. I have requested a refund and they have denied it. I would not recommend this outfit under any circumstances.

NO COMPENSATION PROVIDED. HORRIBLE SERVICE

We booked a bus from hospet to Mumbai. After reaching the pickup spot we got to know that the bus company shut down 3 months ago. So basically redbus allowed us to book a bus that was non-existent !! We couldn't get another bus on the same day so we had to spend money and stay back. The team leader promised refund+compensation for the stay. The refund has been received but there's no stay compensation yet inspite of sending them the hotel receipt. They do not entertain calls as well. They either keep u on hold and just disconnect without any reasons. All calls that have gotten through have been recorded and if nothing is done I'll make sure I take this to the consumer court and also spread it all across social media.

Very bad

Very bad. Bus not arrive at mentioned time. More than one hour waiting time.
Bangalore to vilupuram universal bus pickup time is 10.05 pm but they're arrived at 11pm. Very worst. Not answering properly. No place to sit also.

I traveled in Kerala lines from Adoor …

I traveled in Kerala lines from Adoor to Bangalore in sleeper paying 2500 rupees. The bus number was KA-KA-51-AC-5234. They provide pickup from adoor to thiruvalla in a pickup van. Then onwards it's sleeper. I booked a Scania multi-axle. I got into the vehicle in thiruvalla as I changed from pickup van to this so called multi-axle bus. But it was giving awful jerks and I later realized it was not a scania or Volvo, but some poor quality vehicle. The AC had no control and the bus driver confessed to us that he can do nothing about the AC. It was a mortuary like feeling inside the bus. They stopped for dinner at 10:30 pm that was not too late but late. The blankets provided were so thin and flimsy, torn at some places, which by no means can provide any relief from cold.
The worst part of it was that around 5AM in the morning bus broke down and we had to wait for a long time to get it repaired and back in running condition. No guarantee of reaching our office on time.
I will never travel by this bus again.

This bus company is very unreasonable.

This bus company is very unreasonable, last second bus, I have eve set foot in, directed us to the wrong pick up point and wasted 5-6 hours of our time and still asked us to buy for the next bus tickets. Don't enter to this company and if you already bought a ticket beware of it.

Horrendous Custoner Service

Years ago, I booked one ticket but was charged TWICE. Despite my immediate efforts to contact the customer service, who did initially respond, nothing was done to rectify or even follow up on the matter even after I provided ALL the information required by them (again at least twice, because apparently their staff don’t talk to each other). Why am I writing this review only now? It’s because I’m still receiving their spam mails after unsubscribing from their contact list back then. There’s no was to permanently unsubscribe short of automatically redirecting their spam to your trash bin.
