Very easy to book and reliable
Very easy to book online. Went from Singapore to Malaysia with Five Star Travels which had high rating in redbus. The bus whatsapped me all the details to avoid confusion and left perfectly on time even though there were only 2 passengers on the bus.
Overall smooth as it gets.

Recently I boarded transit bus to JB from woodland. After immigration the bus left without caring it’s passengers and when communicated to customer care it was pathetic and worst. It is such a hopeless and waste bus which doesn’t have proper timings and don’t see whether the passengers they got is correct or not. A mean bus driver who don’t even communicate properly.

Very bad system. Booked bus for 15 Dec. But after payment was made. It changed to 14 Dec?!?! Called the hotline. They said no issue with technical team. No refund No nothing. I booked 7 Tickets. NOT 1. Wasted fkin $250. Made a police report

Awful. They took my money then said no buses available then have no avenue for recourse.
Their help email replied they no longer reply to email.
Their account access requirsss code to cell phone but they can’t (won’t) send code.
Leaving me no recourse because but to deny payment through my credit card.

No way of connecting with the agent I got a message my seat got changed and on calling the IVR at your Call centre doesn’t provide any option for having a talk with an executive which is very frustrating.

RedBus fraud service
Worst Experience. I booked Kerala-KSRTC ticket through redbus and one hour before journey the bus got broke down and was informed by the KSRTC depo that the trip got cancelled. I took another bus to the destination.
When i informed about bus cancellation to Redbus, they told will investigate and update.
After one month of calls and follow up they finally told "We regret to inform you, as per the RTC policy any issues raised post 25/8/2022 6:30 pm from the date of the journey is not accepted."
My date of journey was 25/08/2022 6:30 PM. How can i predict that the bus trip will be cancelled.
So please always book through transport company sites. Don't book through Redbus.

Ask for three month deactivation when the three months is up you ask to reactivate to get told you cannot be able to reactivate for five years why doesn't seem right if everybody did this they would not have any players been with redbusbingo years and this is how they repay your loyalty not happy Redbusbingo
Given ticket 31 but seats only numbered 1 to 30???
We purchased 4 tickets to-and-from Malacca. Somehow, we were given numbers 28 to 31, even though seat 31 doesn't exist (the seats numbered 1 to 30). This happened in both rides, and we were lucky that in the both times there were empty seats.
Stealing money from customer's account
I cancelled My Ticket, which was booked On 03/05/2022 Vashi - Madgaon (kadamba Travels)& ticket was 1260
& madgaon to Vashi (Paulo Travels)on 04/05/2022 ticket was 960
Cancellation charges is 240 and 180
Refunded amount - 1008 and 771
Extra charges - Rs12 and Rs9
So I want to know that how the extra charges were cut ?
I was trying to contact redbus many times but I don't get any response from red bus, also I called kadamba & paulo Travels & they behave very rude. I got Worst service from redbus.
This is not about only amount, but about fraud. The customer should know how you are deducting money.
I request you to give me details about extra charges.
And the complaint process is purposely too complicated !
Terrible don't book here
Terrible don't book here! Ride took twice as long 20 hours instead of 10. Ride was not safe at all. After getting the ticket I still had to pay more. Customer service is the worste I've seen in my life, does abaolutely nothing for you. Better book with another company. More room for you, cheaper and in the end even faster. Redbus claims to be fast but it stops a 100 times for no reason and ends up being much slower.

RED BUS FRAUD – I booked the Ticket from Anand Vihar ( Ghazipur Petrol Pump) to Gorakhpur ( UTTAR PRADESH) BUS NAME – ZINGBUS, BUS NO – HR38AB2106 When I reached to board the Bus, Bus Conductor told me that your ticket has been cancelled. I asked to bus conductor why, he told me that I am late, I told him to see My wrist watch I am before time. Actually, The Bus conductor sold my ticket to other passenger . I saw 3 passenger seating on my seat when I asked them, they told me that we have paid Rs 1000*3 =Rs 3000 for one seat
The Bus conductor sold my ticket to 3 passenger and Charged Rs 1000 to each passenger ( Rs – 3000 for one seat)
I called to Red Bus Customer service , Customer Service Agent gave me CASE ID – 17971923. He called to Bus driver but he did not picked up call, so he said sorry to me and registered a case.
When I enquired, I found that its not only happening with me it’s happened with other passenger also
