Booked a bus from Phnom Penh to Koh Rong Island. Ride from Hell.
This company outsourced to another agent who then outsourced to another.
We spent 2 hours driving around Phnom Penh picking up passengers and then set off for Koh Rong. He drove on the wrong side of the road at times, the far side of the continuous line on the road to get to the ferry on time. We didn't make it and we had to buy another ticket.
Ferry booking amendment
I made a ferry booking through the redbus app. I was initially misled by the information on its app about the arrival time.
I contacted the redbus agent who emailed me the ticket Pranjali and she kindly helped me amend the booking to my desired timing. Appreciate Pranjali's prompt assistance and understanding.

Poor bus condition and unbothered driver.
The bust that we rented was in poor condition. There was leakage inside the bus, and the bus tire bursted twice. After the first time it bursted, we asked the driver to get it repaired and find a new tire. He was the most careless driver who didn’t even bother to do anything about it and instead just made do with whatever he had. I will never recommend Redbus to anyone. Even though it’s such a huge company, the service is just worst.
Cheating Service
Bought the ferry tickets for 12 person about 3 weeks before our trip in May 2023. Deducted our money $1100+ straight away within a minutes. 2 weeks later inform us that tickets not available and will refund to us. It is more than 2 months now and we still haven't receive our refund until I'm writing this review. When we check with them, they reply that our bank taking time for processing. Until last week we told them we will make police report and then they finally initiated the refund. Really vomited blood with their service quality. This is cheating money from the customer.

I had booked below Ticket for my mom, From Aurangabad to Mumbai, she is in old age and not able to walk, the bus drive instead of dropping her at Dadar T.T. Circle which was her dropping point, Also the arrival time was 6 AM But the bus cross Mumbai at 10:30AM. he Drive took the bus to Borivali and drop her at Bandra telling her we don’t go to Dadar T.T. Circle, where as its clearly mentioned on ticket dropping point - Dadar T.T. Circle
It was heavily raining outside, she faced lot of difficulties in getting Taxi, when contact Redbus they told we will look into it, without get confirmation or concern they mailed me saying “You raised a concern with us and we have resolved it. And we hope that makes you happy”
How they can send such mail when the issued is not resolved Very pathetic Service, didn’t expected from Redbus. I rate Redbus Zero “0” and will not book Ticket from Redbus nor recommend others.
Inaccurate information and jacked up prices
The trip from Sg to KL was alright, although the bus reached KL a whole hour after the scheduled time of arrival. That was First Coach. However, the return trip was a nightmare. The itinerary they sent me indicated pick-up at Berjaya Times Square for my ride with Super Nice Express but the check-in counter was actually on the opposite side of the road, which I found out a little too late so I missed the bus. Just a bit of context: that road separating the two sides is pretty wide and the opposite side is almost always blocked from view by tall coaches. I was waiting on the wrong side thinking the bus will eventually come then issue the ticket before departure. 15 mins after the scheduled departure time, I tried calling the number on the itinerary only to be told that the bus is "on the way" even though I told the guy I was waiting to board the bus. So I waited for another 30 mins, which is when I saw the very subtle sign on the opposite side that said "Super Nice Express". I had to get a new ride after that with another bus company that also distributes its tickets through redbus and guess what... The ticket sold at the counter is easily 20% less than what you'd pay for on redbus.

Guys, never book through REDBUS. You might lose your money. Be wise, that's all I can tell you.
Double charged for tickets and worst service
Currently we are travelling by Loknath bus service (ikbs) of Redbus from Kolkata to Siliguri for vacation. We are having worst experience. We are travelling by bus no - 57D 8522. PNR No - 116134. Driver name -Tarun ; 9830457239
1st of all we came to know from our fellow passenger that ticket price is INR 1600/-, where as they charged INR 3000/- per ticket from us; which is robbery. We paid INR 12000/- for 4 tickets.
2ndly, boarding time was 6:45 from Baguihati but bus reached at 7:20. As per the communication received from bus during the booking time that they will reach Krishnanagar by 9:30 pm and will give 25 mins for dinner. But we have reached at 11:30 pm.
3rd, At 1:00 pm AC bell got disconnected near Baharampur and the bus run in that condition for 30 mins. Later on near the driver and conductor stop the bus near Farakka toll to repair it. Again we loss 30 mins. All other buses for Siliguri has crossed us.
4th, we made a complain to Redbus customer care but their behaviour was extremely rude and didn't listen to us and neither taken any action.
My question is why double amount has been charged from us ???? How will I get the refund of extra amount charged from us for such horrible service ?

I was dumb, i booked through redbus without checking the reviews, then when i asked for refund they rejected without asking me what happened, even a half refund is good, i bought the refundable tickets.

I booked a bus from ujjain to Delhi in Ashok Travels through Red Bus. The seat they provided was so small. I was not even able to sit properly because of lower roof nor I could sleep because the seat was too short. They didnt provide me the curtain so I had to face all the light coming from outside. They even did not give me the blanket that others had. It was an inhumane treatment. It was 15 hour journey. And in 5 hours I called them three times and even after that I kept on calling them. I was feeling claustrophobic,suffocated like somebody has packed me in a box . The customer service is so poor...they havenot compensated me yet.

I made a booking and got a different seat due to some technical error. I tried to contact their customer care executive Mr. Anwar and he was very rude and unprofessional towards me. He even abused me and denied the solution, eventhough the actual seat which I have selected was available. Stay away from these fraudsters.

I asked for Rescheduling ( I booked day…
I asked for Rescheduling ( I booked day time instead of night), But red bus not helped. I averagely spending more than 10000 Rs for traveling monthly in Redbus. I asked help for first time in Redbus regarding Rescheduling or cancellations but they didn't agree. I won't use this app furthermore for booking ticket.

Very poor services by Shrinath Solitaire Bus....useless...no proper handling to customers...customer care phone are always switched off ...Mr. Mali at Nathwada and Mr. Lohia were repeatedly informed about poor services in Udaipur-Delhi bus....no blankets....no departure time....
