We are old customer with red bus and purely satisfied all time but this time your PAULO TRAVELS had messed up all things.. I booked my return ticket from Shimla…
I booked my return ticket from Shimla to Delhi on 25th Jan 2021 but due to farmer protest bus was cancelled. Redbus drop me a email to received refund from HRTC counter but HRTC representative denied for refund as ticket was booked through online platform and same informed to redbus.
I drop multiple email to redbus but after 5 days i did not received a single response.
Could you please anyone update me about my refund.

I was charged for the ticket but not provided with a ticket due to a "glitch" they take the money instantly, but take about 10 days for the money to return back to my account.

Giving a 1 star rating because I don’t have 0 or -ve point review ... very pathetic service .... booked a bus for 1800 for a premium bus service experience for a normal 600-700 rs bus journey .... was provided a normal poor looking non ac bus the fare of which was 600 rs ..... bus delayed by 7-8 hours .... had to book another ticket in midway to attend an important meeting in fear of missing my meeting .... very pathetic service by red bus .... never ever going to travel by red bus again

First time ever used this service for…
First time ever used this service for emergency as I booked for a neighbour as they had death in the family..... They travelled from mandya to bangalore in car to catch the bus @2 am as it was funeral.... Family is poor and they really can't afford it but since emergency they opted and they waited from 1am to 4am
With a baby of 5year....but you cheat red bus not even responding to call cancellation or update
And on top of all these no refund shame on you for this service.... Which is cheating people..

I traveled Amritsar to Delhi last Friday. So I booked tickets by redbus for expresso bus. there was burst staff . One of staff was drunk and bus was not clean well... also fare was not fair! Nobody wore mask there!

Redbus is one of the worst app for ticket booking. Redbus doesn't deserve one star rating but i do not have any option that's why i have selected one star. The service of Redbus is worst (literally too bad). I have booked a ticket through redbus. The timing of my bus was 11.30PM. I was standing on highway, waiting for the bus but the bus didn't come till 1AM. I tried to call to the bus conductor and driver as well but they didn't pick up my call. Then i tried to call to redbus customer care, they said to me that we were not able to contact to the bus conductor. I was waiting for the bus till 3 AM on highway and finally i took a new bus on highway and now when i am asking for the refund they are not refunding my money. When i am asking for the transaction details they are giving me the details related to my payment during ticket booking.
These Guys are really pathetic. I have a special request to ladies, never ever choose redbus. It is not safe for anyone.

To expelled out my anger this is the best platform because if you guys come in front of me, I will slap you out, just look at your service how pathetic it is, actually we can't do anything cause we don't have too much options here, otherwise no one used ur third class service, my experience is like I booked confirm ticket and it got cancelled and fellow guy informed me on the journey day afternoon time, how am I going to arrange another ticket within short interval and as per ur policy you refund that amount after 5 to 7 days.. Why..?? Why can't you arrange another ticket with same facility or why can't you sui your bust provider due to cancellation and tell then to refund immediately,it's ur responsibility..morons Otherwise don't do this business, don't play with our hard earned money.

Then I asked for a refund, they again denied. Even the cancellation was free. I had no choice but to book another ticket again. They didn't even return a penny, despite the ticket being as expensive They said they have no refund and return policy but they never did anything for booking my ticket for the wrong day
Worst service and I will never use it.

Plzz don't use this app for bus…
Plzz don't use this app for bus bookings such a ridiculous app.They don't provide you proper bus details and tracking and even don't inform you about bus cancellation.Their customer executive does not talk properly with you if you have complaint and says that it is not their responsibility if the bus gets cancelled when you are standing at the boarding time.In my situation my bus gets cancelled when I am standing at the boarding point in Lucknow and they show no responsibility.

I have raise complete on 21 march
I have raise complete on 21 march . but this conplaint not available in red bus system . Red bus service member not properly cordinate with customer.
I was book royalas travel pune to nagpur on 21 march this bus is left before timing given by red bus . No information getting from red bus and royal travel bus is left before timing .
Then royal travel arrange another bus but not proper facility in this bus alloted last seat and i am book front sear.
after dont got proper service red bus is not to accept we are wrong and refund my money
please don't use red bus for travel another service is good as compare to red bus

Such worst experience in my life.........I am totally unhappy your services still not getting proper answer from your team, and one of your executive Mr. Shashank P - such a wonderful guy he are , first tell me wait sir i am working on your issue and after 5-6 min did not reply me and after said your end ended. Such a beautiful service provided guys claps for you!!!! I really don't know what based you select such kind of unprofessional candidates.........such a low level training provided maybe. I really don't care about your selection and all but at least respect the customer but its not happening from your side. I am follow ups for my refund from last 2-3 days but still nobody provide me proper solutions.
Still not received my refund. and they told talk with your bank and raised disputes.
Please guys did not used any Red Bus services. Bycott Redbus apps.
