Very sad experience

Very sad experience. I had a word with the customer support executive, he was so arrogant. I was booking my ticket from a desktop platform and certain page of the website was not loading, i.e the seat selector page. I called the customer care and i'm trying to explain him the problem, he just says, "update your app". I said, "Sir, I can't because I'm logged in with my laptop, I don't have an app, he kept reciting, "update the app". This happened for about 10 minutes where I'm explaining him the situation and I asked him to transfer the call to someone else as he is not able to solve my issue, he says, "there is no one else here". I just cursed him and hung up. Booked my trip from makemytrip instead.

Redbus tidak peduli pun dengan pembatalan saya. Saya kata tidak dapat pergi kerana virus COVID-19 bukannya suka-suka buat pembatalan. Ini adalah kes amat serius dan Redbus tidak prihatin dengan isu semasa. Saya ada juga membuat pembatalan dengan syarikat lain, mereka beri sahaja pembayaran balik walaupun polisi mengatakan tidak boleh. Ini membuktikan mereka lebih prihatin dan tidak mementingkan keuntungan sahaja !

Unfair Cancellation Charges By Redbus

for ticket costing of 1000, cancellation costs 500 by redbus , Very Unhappy with this, though cancelling before 4 days of departure too.

Redbus should not cut huge amount for cancellation, this is not done at all. Pathetic service by RedBus. I will socialite this message Soon.

red bus operator they provide worst…

red bus operator they provide worst customer service to there client very awful cancellation policy and there executive should be trained on serving customers better , Dixon and hafeena you guys need training on customer satisfaction and to help customer rather then raining your hands up on customers. red bus you guys suck bigg time , im never gonna recommend any of my friends family to use red bus .

Yesterday I have booked KPN Travel @Redbus App

The bus not arrive at the mentioned time. More than 2 hours 30 mins of waiting time.
Paramathi Vellur to vilupuram Chennai universal bus pickup time is 10.15 pm but they arrived at 12:28 Am. Very worst. Not answering properly. No place to sit also.

I have cancel my ticket but no refund. My amount 1000 waste

I suggest Never use the services from Red bus app or site.

रेड बस एप ग्राहकों व यात्रियों के लिए एक ठग मंत्र है , मैं चाहता हूं कि आप इस आपबीती को पढ़े और रेड एप और वेबसाइट से भूल कर भी टिकट नही करवाएं, नही तो आपकी जान भी जा सकती है ,,,,

मैंने महिलाओं समेत 4 यात्रियों की लखनऊ से दिल्ली की बस सेवा रेड बस से लगभग 5700 रुपये दे कर 3 फरवरी 2020 को करवाई , मेरी यात्रा दिनांक 6 फरवरी सुबह 3बजे, स्थान नेहरिया चौक सुबह 3 बजे की थी।
मुझे 5 फरवरी रात करीब 10 बजे फोन आया कि आपकी सीटे(स्लीपर) कम कर दिए गए हैं आपको बैठ के जाना होगा। जब मैंने रेड बस में बात करी की ऐसे कैसे मेरी टिकट में U7,8,9,10 चार स्लीपर टिकट दिखा रहा है तो एक ग्राहक सेवा अधिकारी ने आश्वासन दिया कि कुछ इशू हमारी तरफ से ही था आपको आपकी सीट ही मिलेगी चिंता न करें। मैं महिलाओं के साथ सुबह 2 बजे से बस का इंतजार कर रहा था जब बस तीन बजे आयी तो बस कंडक्टर ने हमे हमारी सीटें नही दी , 4 सीटों के पैसे देने के बाद सिर्फ 2 सीटें ही दी। जब हमने टिकट दिखाई तो भी बस में हमें हमारी निर्धारित सीटें नही दी गयी। यहाँ तक कि बस ऑपरेटर बत्तमीजी भी करने लगा और मारपीट की धमकी बस ऑपरेटर के दफ्तर से आने लगी। जब मैंने 100 नम्बर पर पुलिस को कॉल लगाया तो मेरी फ़ोन हटाकर कंडक्टर ने मामले को रोकने की कोशिश करने लगा। अंत मे हंगामें के बाद ऐसी जगह दी गयी जहाँ सोना दुर्लभ था अतः अपने महिला सहयात्रियों को सोने का स्लीपर दिला पाए परन्तु हमें ऐसे ही सफर करना पड़ा।
हमें U 7,8,9,10 में से U7, 8 ही दी गयी।

रेड बस की वेबसाइट और एप पर बस का दिल्ली पहुँचने का समय 8:45am था परन्तु बस 11:30am पर दिल्ली पहुंचती है, यह रेड बस का उनके ग्राहकों और यात्रियों के लिए धौखा है।

इसके अलावा बाकी सेवाएं जो रेड बस ने दिखाई पर दी नही , ऐसी कोच, मोबाइल लेपटॉप चार्जिंग, पानी, wifi, बस ट्रेक्किंग, और साफ बस व कम्बल इत्यादि कुछ नही था जबकि रेड बस इसके लिए किराया 3 दिन पहले ही ले चुकी थी।

यह रेड बस यात्रियों/ग्राहकों के रुपये ले कर उनको गुमराह किया जाता है जो कंज्यूमर के अधिकारों का हनन है। हमारी महत्वपूर्ण मीटिंग जिसके लिए दिल्ली आ रहे थे छूट गयी।
यह भी पता चला कि ऑनलाइन रेड बस के जरिये हम टिकट का किराया सामान्य किराये से कहीं अधिक अदा कर चुके थे। बिना बुक किये हुए यात्री 500 -700रुपये में दिल्ली आये।
हमें रेड बस के गुमराह करने की बजह से भारी नुकसान हुआ जिसके लिए जब रेड बस के ग्राहक सेवा में बात करी उनको पूरी जानकारी दी तो उन्होंने सिर्फ और सिर्फ बस ऑपरेटर की बातों पर विश्वास किया और हमें ही कह दिया आपने बस बुक ही क्यों करी।

हम अपने आप को ठगा महसूस कर रहे हैं। सौभाग्य से हम पढ़े लिखे थे नही तो ऐसे अत्याचार से रोज कितने मासूम अपना समय धन और इज्जत रेड बस के जरिये गवांते होंगे इसका अनुमान लगाते ही दुख होता है।

आज भी डिजिटल इंडिया में यह भोली जनता को ठगमन्त्र से लूट रहे हैं।

मेरी जनता से अपील रेड बस के बहकावे में कभी न आएं।यह बस ऑपरेटरों के साथ आपका पैसा चूसने बैठे हैं वो भी दादागिरी से।

We booked a bus from Arequipa to Cusco.

We booked a bus from Arequipa to Cusco.
Got an email saying that the payment had been taken but there was an error with the booking. We must wait for further information.
Called the bus company (Xclucive) they have no record of the transaction.
Have emailed redbus and also the email address below (mobile(at)redbus.in) but no reply.
Our bus is in 7 hours and if we don't get a reply then we will have to buy two tickets from the company direct
We just want Redbus REPLY TO US, to give us tickets or a refund!!!

TP3N46227790, I Had very bad experience with cancellation policy. i booked at same time went to chat service and found no worth agents... More to inform social media team of no use. My cancellation fee was showing 25% and they charged me 50%, Explained same to chat team and social media... both teams are not looking at the issue.

And support team with emails team still they are not responded...

Please be informed to all people who using the redbus... be careful... customer service and social media teams are not help full... take time and book with other sites but not redbus...

People cant help others they cant anyone... because of the customer service team and social media team 0000....******* i will rate 00000 and will take this issue to consumer form shortly...

Je déconseille fuyer, Mumbai-jaipur.le premier bus hyper sale la clim glaciale, je me suis retrouver dans ma couchette avec une femme et deux enfants manque place, les clients et chauffeurs parle fort même au téléphone.Le changement de bus pire des matières fécales sur des banquettes,très sales, des déchets au sol, le chauffeur roule comme un malade, des coup de freins qui vous jettent au sol car il fait plein d'arrêt et veux rattraper son retard, bus vétusté ,publicité mensongère ce n'est pas le beau bus rouge ..au final plus de 27h de trajet.plus jamais

Bought tickets for 2 way from Singapore…

Bought tickets for 2 way from Singapore to KL and my both experiences was terrible because they have a habit of get the passenger to change the bus and this is hassle for us especially traveling with kids.. I will not buy tickets from them!!!

False promise by Red Bus

I booked two tickets booking id TNCX672333150 (6 tickets) and booking id TNCX111277793 (2 tickets) from Red Bus for 8 family members on 8th December 2019..We were unable to board the bus as there were no details of the bus sent to us and after numerous efforts to contact the bus operator we were unable to speak with anyone. After making few complaints through the red bus app and other platforms I received a call from a Red bus Rep and he excepted the fault and told me that Red bus will refund me the ticket amount as we were unable to travel. After that red bus initiated only one refund for the booking id TNCX111277793 which only has two tickets and did not refund the other ticket booking id TNCX672333150. Since then I have called Red bus couple of times without any response.

This is highly frustrating as first you were harassed for booking the tickets and now you have to run after them for more than a month to get your money back.

Redbus takes two multiples fare than ordinary fare.. recently i booked two tickets..one from singhana to bikaner and second for return ...first bus was not available there ,i waited long and later I took another bus and arrived Bikaner... returning time I noticed that they collected two multiples fare from me..and poor service...don't use redbus

Never used this redbus app.

Never used this redbus app. I booked 20 seater tempo traveller bus. I paid partial amount. Redbus gave me 14 seats bus. And last movement redbus not provide me any other bus and cancelled by booking. No customer care support. I call it more tha 5 times waiting time period is more than 15 min and after that every executive said we will call u within 30 mins but no call did. I prefered never used this app and redbus.

Worst experience with red bus. Never do the same mistake again

The worst journey and services by red bus.we booked the most costly sleeper seat from lucknow to dehradun. But there is no light, ventilation in that seat in fact there is no window in the last. We ask the conductor to change the seat he denied and talked rudely. In fact we called the customer care of red bus but the way they replied was ridiculous. We had booked the same seat while returning after 5 days we asked them to change the seat as their are many seats vacant or cancelled the ticket but they do not even change the seat while returning too. Cancellations or refund facility are just for name sake. I never prefer red bus for long journey.
