They helped me find student…

They helped me find student accommodation in Bendigo. Their scan feature works very well and consolidated all the available accommodation in the area. And Sam from customer service was very quick and efficient and provided me with comprehensive support. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service

Rentumo was another tool I was able to use during my property search. In such a difficult market, everything little bit helps.

Customer service was highly responsive, polite and professional.

Good customer service

Received good customer service from the support email following a misunderstanding. Although I only used the website for a short amount of time I love the Idea of it and can see it working for people who need it. Monthly subscriptions are overpriced and could offer more benefits.

I have used Rentumo to help a friend…

I have used Rentumo to help a friend find a temporary rental, it’s been a great app to use & I highly recommend using it.

Customer service has also been great & very understanding. Sam the manager was super helpful.

Excellent customer service and fair…

Excellent customer service and fair resolution

I would like to share my positive experience with Rentumo’s customer service, especially with Sam, the Country Manager.

Although there was a misunderstanding regarding the subscription and an unpaid invoice, Sam handled the situation in a very professional, understanding, and solution-oriented way. He carefully listened to my concerns and made an exception to resolve the issue fairly, even though it was outside the standard policy.

I truly appreciate the respectful communication, transparency, and customer-focused approach. It made a stressful situation much easier to handle and left me with a positive impression of Rentumo’s customer service.

I don’t think the payment information is clear as it’s easy to get confused on the website .rentumo have been easy to deal with and have promised to wipe the 65 dollar account fee that I somehow got charged.

I was very impressed with the customer service provided by Sam! I enjoyed browsing through the website looking at rentals, a very straight forward and easy to use platform. I accidentally signed up for a subscription that was a mistake on my behalf, and I can’t afford, and Sam resolved this within just a few hours. overall 5 star review and great customer service!!

I had a very disappointing experience

I had a very disappointing experience with the Rentumo website. The platform is very limited, and it is almost impossible to actually find a house through it. The subscription prices are also extremely high.

I paid $2 for a 4-day trial, with no intention of renewing it. After the trial period ended, $65 was automatically taken from my bank account for a one-month subscription that I did not knowingly authorize.

When I contacted customer support, they were not willing to refund the amount until I mentioned that I would contact my bank.

Rentumo is not a real estate agency or property owner, we are a rental search engine that aggregates listings from hundreds of publicly available rental websites. Our goal is to save time by bringing these listings together in one place and by offering tools such as instant alerts, early access to new listings and the ability to contact advertisers directly. While we strive to provide a broad and up-to-date selection, availability and response rates ultimately depend on the landlords and agencies posting the listings.

Regarding pricing and subscriptions, we do our best to communicate our plans and terms as clearly as possible at every step:

1. Before registration, where the subscription structure and renewal terms are displayed
2. During registration, where users must actively accept the terms and pricing
3. After registration, via a confirmation email that reiterates the trial duration, renewal date, and subscription price

The $2 trial is a limited-time introductory offer that automatically converts into a monthly subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. This renewal mechanism is clearly stated in our terms and during the checkout process.

We understand that trial-to-paid transitions can sometimes be overlooked, and we never want users to feel caught off guard. Our support team follows a structured review process for refund requests to ensure consistency and fairness for all users. While refunds are not automatic once a subscription has renewed in line with the accepted terms, our team does assess each case individually and aims to be helpful and transparent throughout the process.

We regret that your experience left you feeling dissatisfied and we truly value all feedback as it helps us improve both our communication and our service. Should you wish to discuss your case further or need assistance in the future, our support team remains available and willing to help.
