An invaluable service
If you're in the market for a rental, this service will save you a bunch of time - and likely land you the place you are after!
They do a lot of the leg work of collating properties and that's a god send.
If we ever rent again this is the first place we'll go to.

Excellent customer service
I used Rentumo one time for receiving more details about an appartment that I was interested for. However, I didn't realise I was getting a subscription. I made contact with customer service to cancel it and they replied within one hour with a very customer friendly solution. I'm very happy with this kind of service! That's why they deserve a 5 star-review!

No customer service
If I could do a negative star, I absolutely would.
I've been trying to contact rentumo.au to sort out my resolution but still got no response.
I was charged for a full subscription, no email reminders that my trial was ending, I would love my refund back.
I also cancelled my subscription but it asked me 8 times if I was sure I wanted to cancel.
Scam, do not recommend.
