I purchased a desk, chair and filing cabinets over a year ago. Purchased more cabinets recently. Everything is well used but looks like the day I received it. I cannot say enough about your products - thank you!

So I purchased a Rise Ergo Chair Pro in black for $733.37 total. The purchasing site claimed a 2 day delivery. However, I never received an email confirmation or tracking information and when I contacted the Risedask Support Bot I got no response. So I emailed Risedesk and got a robot response that I would be hearing from them shortly. Then I tried calling and was put on hold, then transferred to an answering machine where I left a message. Late day 4 after posting this I did get an email from them confirming my order with a tracking number which gives me "No Results".

Great product, based in Canada and it arrived quickly.

I deliberately ordered the Rise Ergo Chair, Small Size (5’1 - 5’9) as I am a shorter person, and because I liked the way it looked.
Risedesk sent me a different chair than the one I ordered, the Rise Ergo Chair PRO (one size). Additionally, the chair arrived with significant dents and scratches on the metal base.
I reached out to Risedesk regarding the problem on multiple channels (email, text, Contact Us webpage form) 5 days ago and I have been completely ghosted, no response.
This brand will happily take your money, send you an incorrect and damaged product, and then ignore you instead of putting things right. Do not buy from Risedesk! You will regret it like I do!

Wanted to give this 5 stars, the products themselves are excellent and high quality. However, delivery was very slow and communication was poor. My items were finally delivered after lots of chasing and emails with customer service.

The shipment was not trackable despite having a tracking link. the chair itself is comfortable and feels good quality. The Instructions could definitely be clearer and I was left with a part that was never even mentioned in the build process. There are also some minor typos in the instruction manual. Overal I am happy with the product but it was a bit of a hassle to get built and transported.

The initial email and messages weren’t returned until roughly 2 weeks. While the request was eventually completed and thank you for that. More timely communication from the initial request would have been appreciated.

I ordered on Dec 24, 2024. I still have not received my product. It was the holidays, so I gave it a few extra days, but it took a week to get a tracking number with Canpar. However, that tracking number has no update on the carrier website, which means that only the shipping label has been created

I've tried contacting Risedesk by email, phone calls, leaving voice messages, messaging through Instagram... The only response I get is through email, which turned out to an automated response.

When I placed my order, I should've have been more suspicious.. their website still had a Black Friday promotion, which worked on my order, but looking back, it should've at least been changed to a discount to reflect the upcoming holiday (Christmas/Boxing Day). However, at that time, there were few reviews about their lack of communication and customer service and delivery... Now, I see more popping up.

Also, if you check the business addresses, you see a storage website and what looks to be a condo building.

I am disputing this transaction with my credit card after it has been 30 days from my order.

I have ordered a desk chair on december 22 and two weeks later, I still haven't got any news. It is supposed to have been shipped, but I can't track it and I am still waiting.
It is very frustrated for such an expensive item. I purchased another desk chair from another canadian brand a few months ago and I received it 2 days later.
Also, the customer support took an entire week to answer to my email. I am really disappointed and will not buy again from Risedesk.

Paid $630 for this chair, but the company has completely ghosted me.
-vPhone calls go straight to voicemail.
- Emails and requests are ignored.
- Even text messages go unanswered. I have received no chair and no communication regarding my order. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I was supposed to receive it in two days but havent received it yet after 2 weeks. No help from assistance.

Ordered on Dec 13. Product description says arrival in 2 shipping days local Ontario, 7 days later I received a tracking number that still (Jan 3) doesn’t show the package has been picked up. It’s been 3 weeks and still have NOT received my chair. Zero response from customer service team via email or phone numbers listed on website. Shipping company has no information on package either.

Did not receive chairs yet after 18 days, no updates or eta.
