I am buying an apartment in Egypt through Rivermead Global and can't fault their attitude and approach over the past two years. Neil has answered my relentless questions promptly and knowledgeably and Garry picked me up from where I was staying Hurghada and drove me around the area, giving generously of his time and local knowledge. I am meeting with Ramon the lawyer soon to deal with legal matters, and I appreciate the chance to ask his advice in person. I also had the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful boat trip with Rivermead staff and their clients. I met some of my future neighbours and also saw a turtle and a pod of dolphins swimming in beautiful December sunshine. I'm so pleased to have Rivermead Global walking beside me as I venture into this wonderful new adventure.

Rivermead Global could not have made purchasing a property abroad any easier and more pleasurable. We had been looking at buying a property abroad for several years and have been dealing with Rivermeade along with other agencies. Rivermeade's knowledge, experience, attention to detail, honesty and customer service are second to none. We like others were very nervous, but the Rivermeade team took all the stress out of the purchasing process every step of the way in Egypt and back home. Having Garry based on the ground in Hurgardha is invaluable and I can't thank him enough for escorting my wife on several visits to the apartment and goverment office, his local knowledge and grasp of arabic means you are in safe hands. Neil and his team run a very professional, efficient operation and leave no stone unturned.

We have just purchased an apartment at Turtles Beach Hurghada through Rivermead Global and today the 8th of December was our first visit.
Our transport from our hotel to the passport office was all laid on for us where we were met by Neil and Garry from Rivermead and also there was our solicitor, Mr Remon.
Remon, Neil and Garry saw us through the whole procedure and made it all very easy for us.
We were then taken to have our signature registration and various legalities , (which without the help and guidance of Neil and Mr Remon we don't know how we would of coped?).
After the legalities were done, we were joined by Tom, (also of the Rivermead team), and taken to lunch in El Gouna, where we had a lovely lunch and had the opportunity to ask all sorts of questions.
After lunch we were then taken to view our apartment where we were met by a representative of the construction company who answered more of our questions.
We were shown all around. When it was time to return to the hotel transport was again arranged.
The Rivermead team have been excellent in every way, nothing is to much trouble and in my opinion they go way beyond what you would expect from customer care, Thanks guys, from Pete and Susan...Oh and they took us out on a boat trip too which was a fantastic day out.

We have know Neil since 2009, after getting caught up in the World Wide Destinations Egyptian property investment at Desert Pearl in Hurghada and now consider him to be a good friend.

She was so impressed with Neil’s integrity and help, that she used the money towards buying an apartment from Rivermead Global at Turtles Beach in Hurghada.
Neil biggest virtue is his honesty, grit and determination and the fact that he has a really good team behind him, helps no end.

I visited Hurghada last week for a holiday and to see the show apartment in Turtles Beach Resort. The show apartment was exceptional in terms of finish, size and location. I was very impressed. Having spent over 18 months researching property in Egypt, and the companies that can assist in purchase, I have no qualms in recommending Rivermead Global.

Despite being a small operation they have a huge ethos of getting things done. Everything I requested, be it just information or urgent assistance was addressed in a very timely and professional manner.

They have a great team in the UK, but even better massive support available in Egypt. Nothing is too much trouble for them and all issues & requests are death with in a fast & friendly manner.

I first came into contact with Rivermead Global Property nearly 2 years ago. At the time I was looking to buy a villa in Hurghada and although they didn't sell villas, they put me in touch with people who did. They also introduced me to a very good Egyptian lawyer who found out there were problems with the land these villas where built on thus saving me a lot of money and heartache. Fast forward to December 2014 and I met with all the Rivermead team in Hurghada. They took me to look at several developments including Tiba Resort. They also asked me to give my opinion on an apartment that they had fully furnished in Turtles Beach Resort. All I can say is WOW!! The apartment looked amazing, the furniture and soft furnishings were beautiful and the kitchen was fantastic - sleek and modern. Two weeks later, after a lot of thought, I decided to buy in Tiba Resort. I have bought 3 studios that with Tom's help and advice are being put together to make a lovely 2 bedroom apartment. In June 2015 I went on holiday to Hurghada and Garry (Team Rivermead) took me to Tiba Resort to look at my apartment. With service like this, staff living in Hurghada, offices just down the road in Manchester and no sales pressure whatsoever, I have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone looking to buy property in Hurghada. My apartment is due to be completed in December 2016, if not before and it will be Rivermead who will be doing all the furniture as I have seen first hand what great quality it is. They always answer emails and any questions I have very quickly and they have nice coffee mugs and teddies one each of which I acquired last time I was in their office!! We came across Rivermead from place in the sun website. We have been holidaying in Egypt for the last five years and have decided it's the place we want to retire to.
We had been in contact with another company for about a month explaining what we were looking for, they were real keen until we asked them if they could show us some properties as we would be going over to Egypt the following week.
