Roads And Rails Avaliações

I recently bought a speaker for my Hornby Class 56, but unfortunately it didn't work. Richard quickly dispatched a replacement. I fitted it today and works perfectly, the sound quality is incredible, completely transforms the engine. Thank you!

What can I say but wow! Ordered on Tuesday, delivered Wednesday. Only been able to install today, a simple plug and play procedure. Many thanks for great service.

Another batch of speakers from Richard at a great price and sent off expeditiously.

Just opened an Hornby R30363 King Stephen, DCC sound fitted by R&R, Wow, perfect. The sound file, speaker and fitting are first class. One of the best I’ve got out of 300. This guy knows his trade.

Ordered items Thursday and Friday evening. Delivered by Royal Mail Sunday morning. Always receive excellent service from Roads and Rails. Thank you.

Always helpful, quick to respond and decoder supplied next working day. Supplied my selected sound file form the many available options on a decoder to suit N gauge despite it not being listed. Above and beyond - my go to for sound files and chips.

I needed a sound decoder and speaker for a Liliput HOe loco and Roads-and-Rails came up trumps. Excellent service, great value and amazingly they were able to supply and fit the correct sound set for my Austrian loco!

Rapid turn around from an industry expert
I’ve used Roads and rails over 5 times in the last few years.
I’ve been really happy with the service and they have a great little web site. Also some really good informative clips on products and installation

My first dip into DCC, so asked for speaker connected 8 pin decoder for my Heljan class 53.
Arrived very promptly and working well.
Great service and will use again.
Thank you.

Whenever I buy a new loco, Roads and Rails are ALWAYS my go-to for new decoders.
Usually they arrive with me before the loco does!
Just cannot fault R&R. Super helpful people and service that can’t be beat. Simple.

I have bought all of my DCC sound decoders from R&R’s, all worked out the box with no issues & they have great support if needed, I’ll not go anywhere else, highly recommended 👍🏽

I asked Richard to sort out something I couldn't do myself. He did a great job & I will certainly be using him again.

Have used Road and Rails for most of my DCC sound decoders and Richard is definitely my go to source for decoders, speakers and stay alives etc……. Very responsive and knowledgable and supportive even when being asked dumb rookie questions……. Have only had one of two very minor issues, which were been promptly addressed even when it has been my fault.
The recent teaching videos and the new decoder function library shows that Richard is continually looking for new ways to further support his customers.

Richard has got a lot of experience when it comes to dcc sound decoders. He has done one dcc sound loco for me and sorted another one in the past I will be using him again in due time for the rest of my model locos. 5 * service and very knowledgeable.

Excellent range of products, super knowledgeable, fast delivery and great customer service. Can't beat that and they're only a one person business! Brilliant and recommended.
