Roads And Rails Avaliações

I’ve used R&R a number of times with no issues. Richard is very knowledgeable and would always go back to them for advice and to make purchases for sound decoders and other items. Great service, orders are quickly dealt with and dispatched.

Really great advice and top quality service. Also due to being on messenger, you can ask anything and generally will get a message back within the hour which is fantastic. Really nice guy and offers great customer service and will give you his personal opinion on which speaker/sound file is best for specific models. Always use them for any sound decoder and would always recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work 👍👍👍👍

Excellent service always quick dispatch and a good source for dcc install components Rich is a great guy

I have been a regular customer for quite some time and the service provided has been top notch every time ! Great range of sound files, speakers and decoders and knowledge to back up the sales. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Great company, ordered a sound decoder with speaker upgrade. Very responsive to my initial question even in the evening and was advised which decoder and speaker would work best. Once ordered it was promptly dispatched with instructions included. It works a treat and sounds great! I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Roads and Rails again in the future.

Have had several orders from this company, but on this occasion one of the items in my order was incorrect. I sent a message and had a response within the hour, the correct item was dispatched at the next available opportunity. That is how you should do business, brilliant customer service. Thank you
