Roads And Rails Avaliações

Richard has fitted sound, DCC decoders and stay alives to many of my DC locos and does a sterling job. He endeavours to achieve the best sound possible fitting the most appropriate speaker and sound files. He did a particularly fabulous job fitting decoder, sound and stay alives to the powered and dummy car of an HST set I got recently. I have found him to be very fair and honest in his dealings. I recommend Richard and Roads and Rails highly. James

Ordered a Class 52 decoder on Friday, was dispatched Saturday with RM24 delivery. Loved how nice and swift this was. Arrived today and worked perfectly out of the box. Thank you very much!

Have used Road & Rails for several orders now, have always received great service from Richard, definitely my go to shop now for DCC items.

I have used Roads and Rails several times now and found it an excellent business to deal with. Richard is very knowledgeable and helpful. He is reliable and provides a brilliant customer service as well as reassurance when tackling new areas of DCC etc. I will certainly be looking to Roads and Rails for my further requirements and thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service from Richard at roads and rails and everything I have ever brought from him has always been top quality. He is truly a Credit to this hobby and keeps everyone happy.

Recently came across Roads and Rails while converting my OO gauge stock to dcc. The owner is a fountain of knowledge and holds a great stock of decoders, speakers and stay alives, but that’s just a small part of the goodies that can be found at Road and Rails. My go to place for stuff, well recommended

I’ve used Roads and Rails for all my sound fitted loco’s. The service is excellent, great communication and always there to answer any queries. I would thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant service with a personable touch that novices like me appreciate. Advice concentrates on getting the right product to the buyer rather than trying to push sales. Very helpful fitting guides, speaker demonstrations and more in informative videos on the website. Highly recommended for DDC products

Always excellent service and good advice.
Richard has been very helpful on a number of occasions when I have had queries about DCC products.
He certainly knows his products and is willing to share his knowledge.

Top drawer service from someone who knows their stuff and has a wealth of knowledge to back up the products sold if I could give 10 stars, I'd give 11!

Always helpful with advice on the best speaker and sound options. I am comfortable soldering so its great to be able to customise options for speakers and stay alive power packs when ordering. Quick dispatch with fair postage costs.

Have used Roads and Rails for a few orders of parts always arrived quickly and well packed. Was easy to arrange a custom order when wanting a decoder reblown and they always offer clear, and helpful guidance for any technical queries. If I’m looking for DCC or sound components this is always my first call.

Excellent customer service and swift delivery of items . Highly recommended.

Excellent service, goes above and beyond to help customers ....highly recommended.

I have had many locos converted to sound from Roads and Rails and the work is always of the highest service and quality.

Richard is really knowledgeable, helpful and offers very good prices as well as great communication, fast turnaround, and a wealth of useful "how to" guides. Plus he's a lovely guy too

I have bought from Roads&Rails on several occasions.Always quick service. Richard is excellent at answering your queries and helping with problems. On the rare occasions I've had issues they are resolved quickly, even when it's me that's been at fault.

Have ordered from Road and Rails a number of times and always received great service. Decoders often come with free speaker upgrades, there are frequent deals and support/advice is readily available when required.

Used a number of times, extremely knowledgable owner and has provided a wealth of online resources which I come back to time and time again. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending R&R, and in my opinion is the go-to DCC sound specialist.
